On Monday I felt a tender lump close to the site where the sheath was inserted during angiogram a week previously. . It is now Thursday and I think it is a little less tender. Should I be concerned?
Right Groin was anesthetized using 2% Xylocaine.6F sheath inserted.inj.Heparin 3,000 IU iv given. Coronary Angiography was performed using Ionic dye (80ml)&6F Judkins (JL4, JR4) catheters. Following the procedure sheath was pulled and manual pressure applied. Patient tolerated the procedure well there were no complications.

FINDINGS:
Left Main Stem: Normal. Bifurcating vessel.
Left Anterior Descending: Sub total occlusion below D1.
Circumflex: Normal.
Ganglion cysts arise from the capsule of a joint or the sheath of a tendon. They are found at different places on the wrist and some ganglion cysts may be painful. Seek the opinion of a healthcare professional. After a clinical examination he/she may further refer you to a specialist. Do keep me posted.

we have a 22 year old geilding who has an extremly swollen sheath he does not have a problem urinating we have tried soaking with warm and cold water mixed with epson salts and also clear water nthing seems to be working his appetite is great and no fever he does not seem to be in pain. any sugesstions?
My 8 year old Haflinger gelding presented with a swollen sheath 7 days ago (Tues 06/22). Our local vet made a farm call, no inflammation to other dependent areas (no stocking up etc); good bowel sounds; good lung sounds; heart sounds ok; anal temp normal; some reluctance to move which seemed to be due to swelling rather than tenderness of feet or muscle soreness. No sign of trauma. Given banmine 10 ml IM and dexamethasone 5 ml IM started naquasone bolus 1/2 tab q pm x 12 doses.
I would say that the most common cause of a swollen sheath is uncleanliness. Have you cleaned his sheath recently? Not only must the penis itself be cleaned, but also up inside the sheath area as well as removal of the "bean" in the urethral opening. Let me know if this could be the cause or if you need more explanation about sheath cleaning. Another possibility could be that there is a cut or abrasion or some sort of bite (insect, spider...) in the area. Have a close look.

Not really sure, but you can treat your OCD. Talk therapy can be extremely effective in dealing with this. Learning about your compulsions and why you act the way you do is a very good way to confront it in my opinion.
I was accidently poisoned with pesticide. I was told my mylin sheath is now gone. I can feel EMF through walls. It causes heart arrithmia, internal bleeding, bowl problems, bladder problems, vascular edema....

The nurse told us to take her temperature. She gave us a thermometer wrapped in a plastic sheath and said she would be back. We took the baby's temp rectally as I'd been shown in the hospital right after her birth - no vaseline. I have a question regarding the possibility of folliculitis related to hsv 2 infection. During my initial outbreak (before I was aware I had the virus) I had multiple red spots appear in a matter of hours on my buttocks. The spots weren't raised they were just red and on both sides. I then had multiple lesions appear following the red patches. My doctor swabbed the lesion I had vaginally and it came back for hsv.
I have just been scheduled for an angiogram and I'm scared to no end I have a 3 year old son I love to death same as my soon to be wife. I'm so scared something will go wrong during the surgery how coming are complications? Also my ej is 73 is this bad?
You better check with your doctors, I am not sure about the potential damage due to the radiation dose that you will take during the procedure.
Also if they discover blockages in your coronaries, I do not know about the risk of the medication that you will need.
After a cardigraph treadmill test I'm being referred for angiogram - I'm going on holiday in two weeks with a 3 hour flight. Should I travel?
My partner is having an angiogram after suffering chest pains a few weeks ago. NAD was found at the time from blood tests and ECG (done over 18 hours). Was kept in overnight. Had no discomfort since, but suffers from type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and cholesterol which are all controlled and low due to medication.
His chest pains were 4 weeks ago and he's had nothing since.
my mother is suffering from chest pain now Doctor is saying to go for angiogram test?
Has anyone had an angiogram with the catheter inserted in arm or neck instead of the groin? I don't think I could take the groin without serious nerve spasms.
