with comfort. What did our moms do when we were upset as babies? They fed us! Why do we crave sugar when we're sad? Because it releases those feel-good hormones. It's only a bad thing when this passion for food gets out of control. Eat when you're hungry and you'll never have to worry. Find something else to do that makes you feel just as good.
