Adderal is an amphetamine, but it shouldn't test as "meth" in a good drug screen.
I happen to have a urine drug screen form right here, you can test "negative". Or positive for cannabinoids, cocaine, amphetamine, methamphetamine, opiates, etc.
The amphetamine and meth are two different "check boxes", and you should have tested positive for amphetamine. If you have a prescription in your name that shouldn't be a problem.

The adderall is essentially out of your system 4 hours after taking it - unless you are on an extended version. Either way, its out of your system by the end of the day. That is why you have to retake it the next day.
Penis size goes up and down during the day and as far as I know, adderall is not a factor in its shrinkage or growth. If anything, I would think it would increase blood flow. So I really tend to doubt that the adderall is a cause of the problem...if it really is a problem.

If you have ADHD and a prescription - no worries even if it does show up. If you don't ....then this search showed that, "Vyvanse is detectable in urine up to 3 days after ingesting Vyvanse. So I think that you would want to be aware of any over medicated types of reactions.
Another thought is that weight gain among adults with adhd is common due to (they think) lack of impulse control. If the Vyvanse can control this the Contrave might not be needed?
My big question of the day is does your doc know that you are mixing both drugs and out of curiosity why the amps? And what type of amps? No matter what type they are in most cases they definately are not good for your heart period...hope this helped you out a little but i would relax nothing was jumping out at me and if your nurse didn't see anything..................well................................
Pain meds would not break down into amphetamine metabolites. They are two entirely different categories of drugs.
Hopefully, the blood test if it was done within 3 days of the urine test will show your claims.

Your paperwork from the hospital should list every medication given to you and the amounts.
I don't know about out of your system but I think the worst of WD should have eased by now so its possible you got "the golden ticket" out of wd, I wouldn't count on being so lucky again girl lol

You might try a stronger dose of ritalin. It would be out of your system in 4 hours instead of 8 (give or take) with concerta.
Adderall is a amphetamine while ritalin/concerta is a methylphenidate.
The symptoms should ease at night when the meds no longer in system. If the symptoms are still there, it may not be related. Could be an ear problem that just happened at same time? Hope this helps a little.
I began very heavy and daily use of amphetamines about 7 or 8 months ago. when use, i will crush up the amphetamine salts, as well as Adderall XR (which is a much more powerful pharmaseutical). Recently I have been diagnosed with a serious kidney infection. My only problem is that the antibiotics are not working in the manner that they are supposed to. I have been sick for a week and a half, and still have symptoms.
After a positive initial screening, the sample will be further tested using a different methodology that will specify the type of amphetamine. Of course, if you have taken your generic version of adderall after the concerta for a couple of days. That should be what shows up.
But, I would think that as long as you have the prescription for the adderall, you should be ok.
