Adderal is an amphetamine, but it shouldn't test as "meth" in a good drug screen.
I happen to have a urine drug screen form right here, you can test "negative". Or positive for cannabinoids, cocaine, amphetamine, methamphetamine, opiates, etc.
The amphetamine and meth are two different "check boxes", and you should have tested positive for amphetamine. If you have a prescription in your name that shouldn't be a problem.

Five days ago a fist sized rash appeared on my inner thigh and quickly developed over only a few minutes. At the time I naively did not think to test it with a glass, now that I have done so I notice that it does not fade and resembles images of a petechial rash. Since it's been five days and there are no other symptoms and no spreading/worsening of the rash it can't be meningitis. I am aware this kind of rash is also connected with other ailments however.
My pulse is exceptionally weak and my blood pressure is 156/90 after taking one (1) 500mg Naproxen and an amphetamine. I went and got my blood pressure checked, as well as my resting heart rate. The nurse never actually tried to feel my pulse, though. So I came home and I am very worried about how weak my pulse is. Has anybody heard weather or not taking Naproxen with an amphetamine can be harmful because it is not in the drug facts and I cannot find anything about it online either.
I am applying for employment with some larger companies that may require a drug test. Will the interferon and Ribavirin show up in these tests?

My spouse however is an active methamphetamine user. I have failed sensitive tests such as the hair follicle test and the nail drug test for only methamphetamines- no amphetamines are detected, or they are detected below the cutoff. I know amphetamine is the metabolite of methamphetamine, when you ingest meth, you have both methamphetamine and amphetamine in your urine, hair, or nails. I am about to lose my children over this and I swear I am not a user of methamphetamine.
Does anyone have any experience using Tenex/ Guanfacine as treatment for ADHD (not for insomnia or high blood pressure) -- either as monotherapy or as augmentive treatment with other meds -- that they would be willing to share?

Amphetamine is speed. It is a controlled prescription substance, but is also found on the street and is illegal in that form. Street names are meth, crank, crystal. If this was also found in your urine along with the clonazepam, and you did not take either, then it would be good to see if you can retake the urine test.
We may use different words but the messages are the same. A blood test for HIV antibodies taken 8 weeks after exposure is definitive evidence that you were not infected., there are rare exceptions of people who may have taken anti-HIV therapy but nasal steroid medications would not delay seroconversion. The reasons steroids are given locally (i.e. via the nasal route and/or topically) is to avoid absorption.
I would add that the statistical likelihood of your being infected is quite low.
ve seen, the people that have problems with it have a health problem (heart, blood pressure) or have take too much ("oh, this is a miracle drug, it works good, let me take more and it will work better"). I'm getting my information from professional trainers that have used and worked with this.
I'm still doing research about it, thats why I'm asking about it's interactions with Adderall.
I've never heard of cortisol causing a positive test for meth. Cortisol is a naturally produced hormone in the body and I'm pretty sure it has NO chemical similarity to amphetamines.
I have two sons with ADHD. The 'upper meds' 'boots' is talking about are the ones the are in the amphetamine class...extremely addictive, if abused. Ritilan, Adderal, Focalin, Daytrana are a few more in that class. He/she also added that they are an recovering addict, so I assume that they have abused, or are afraid that they will abuse these meds. Boots: I know of one that isn't an 'upper'. It's called 'Concerta'.
One thing Xanax will help for Adderal is reducing the side-effect of the amphetamine which is high blood presure and fast heart beat and anxiety.
If I were you and most importaly if I would like to get the full advantage of Adderal I would cut on the Xanax or take it only before going to bed to come down from Adderal.

Adderall is an amphetamine. And it's addictive much like cocaine is. Maybe someone with personal experience with cocaine could jump in?
Look up 'amphetamine psychosis' and 'dopamine hypothesis of psychosis/schizophrenia' to see how extended use of amphetamine can change a person psychologically. Becoming violent is only the tip of the iceberg of everything it can cause to happen to a person emotionally.
It's not okay to take someone else medications but well, Vyvanse is a stimulant in the category of amphetamines. Not suggested for anxiety but can be helpful for depression.
Wellbutrin could be a bit more suitable for you with less side-effects if dopamine and norepinephrine is a problem in your depression/anxiety. Depression often leads to anxiety so yeah maybe when you took Vyvanse you had euphoric effects similar to those with amphetamine ''speed''.

And why would they be drug testing the baby as that is NOT routine.
If your friend was prescribed the meds legally there won't be an issue. If not, well.....not sure what will happen here.
Does strattera give any false positive reading for a urine or hair follicle test? Would it come up as a amphetamine or methamphetamine, or any other illegal substance?
Are there any anti depressants or non stimulant/amphetamine meds that will help with the sleep attacks & day time drowsiness associated with narcolepsy?
I'm a naturally anxious person.. and going on something like Adderall or Ritalin is out of the question... unless maybe if I have to drive somewhere that day. Is there any way to correct the condition, like with antidepresants?
