In a biochemical assay, GS-461203 inhibited the polymerase activity of the recombinant NS5B from HCV genotypes 1b, 2a, 3a and 4a with IC50 values ranging from 0.7 to 2.6 M. GS-461203 is neither an inhibitor of human DNA and RNA polymerases nor an inhibitor of mitochondrial RNA polymerase.
Antiviral Activity
In HCV replicon assays, the EC50 values of ledipasvir against full-length replicons from genotypes 1a and 1b were 0.031 nM and 0.004 nM, respectively.
HBV replicating cells were treated with different dosages of Flavocoxid to determine the drug inhibitory concentrations (IC50). Treatment with Flavocoxid or ETV or with drugs combination started 3 hours after transfection and was renewed every other day for 5 days. My husband has been recently diagnosed with Type 2. We were given little education beyond "take this pill twice a day".
I have been checking his blood sugars about twice a week. Once fasting (he is now running about 100-110) and 2 hours post meals (now running about 130-139).
My question is, should I be checking him more often? 1 hour post meals, as opposed to 2 hours?
My question concerns cholesterol values. My wife is 56 yo. She has high a cholesterol value, but very high HDL's. Specifically:

HDL 82
LDL 190
Chol/HDL 3.5
To complicate matters, she does have a 2nd risk fa, in that she has had elevated BP readings in the past,(during a period of stress) for which Lisinopril had brought it down to 110/70. In fact, we are weaning her from it currently. Thus, that's only "sort of" a risk factor.
As a non-American - what is the accepted present range of normal TSH-values in untreated patients? And - what is accepted as a non-pathological level for anti-TPO?
I had a lot of trouble finding out what J1, J3 etc really meant.
I finally found an online PDF article from "INSIGHT The Journal of the American Society of Ophthalmic Registered Nurses, Inc.", October-December 2004, which says (paraphrased) that: J1means you can read 4 point type, J2 is 5 point, J3 is 6 point, and J5 is 8 point.
You can search the web for "Rosenbaum pocket eye chart" and see one device that measures J values at a distance of 14 inches.
I would like to know the normal values for TSH tests. Mine was 4.69 ---- should I be concerned?

I'm not able to find any charts regarding Daily Values of Vitamins, Calcium, Iron, ect. Are they somewhere buried in the food diary or do they not exist yet? If they don't exist, please implement them. I'm trying to get enough iron in my diet to pull myself out of anemia, so it would be great to know these things.
Also things like high stress, diseases, vitamin D, B12 deficiency etc also can affect Free T3 values.

I hadn't decided whether or not to cancel and wanted to find out if insurance would cover a repeat endo visit if I went. They do--including any tests she wants to run. So I'm going to go.
My question is, are there any specific lab values that represent ascites and if the “causes” of ascites specifically are getting better? I understand the cirrhosis is the cause but are there certain LAB values that represent or can be used to judge ascites and see if the TIPS will perhaps work again?
