My doctor let me have Viread. I checked online at pharmacy checker. Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate Tablet and Viread Tablet, are they the same in treatment wise? I went to CVS store, it cost 1000 USD to 30/300mg for Viread Tablet. is it too expensive? The staff there told me generic tablet is not available. But why I see it online as I said earlier?
What happens if I take brand and then switch to generic like a year later? Will the generic medicine do the same?

This triple-combination therapy was well tolerated in all patients, and no infusion reactions were observed with either NAP.
That is actually not much better than tenofovir vs tenofovir disoproxil fumarate, the actual substance in Viread. It is 50 times more potent than tenofovir.
It is all this improper simplification of callling viread tenofovir.
Tenovovir, if it would be given orally, would have no effect on HBV.
TEnofovir if given intravenously or sc would still have almost no effect on HBV in the liver. the substance has a high negative charge and cannot easlily penetrate cell membranes.

There are many philosophies, but one protocol suggests albuterol should be used first and ipratropium five minutes later. Try the foradil (formoterol fumarate inhalation power). It too is expensive, but the company provides free samples.

In addition to the info from flyingfool, you need to supplement with iron to raise your ferritin up to 70 minimum. Some good iron supplements are ferrous bisglycinate, ferrous fumarate, ferrous sulfate, and ferrous glutamate. I expect that you will need to start on about 25 mg and work up to about 75 mg to adequately raise your ferritin level.
ve been on 100 mg ferrous fumarate and my headaches are almost completely gone but i still get really bad nausea. i don't know what to do, i feel nauseous before and after i eat and after eating despite being hungry its causing me a lot of anxiety because i can't concentrate with my life.

Hi, You should really discus this with the doctor treating your sarcoidosis. My understading of the disease is that is it an auto-immune disease with an overactive immune system. Therefore, you would most likely on the prednesone to suppress your immuse system. I could be wrong. If this is the case, I doubt you have options, but your doctor would know your situation best.

So you should supplement with iron as necessary. Some good forms of iron are ferrous fumarate, ferrous biglycinate, ferrous sulfate, and ferrous glutamate.
I take ferrous fumarate in gel cap. Not difficult to swallow with water. I would suggest that you start taking one of these at about 25 mg per day and then increase every couple of weeks up to 50 and 75 mg. Along with the iron you should take some Vitamin C to prevent any possible constipation from the iron.
