I finished 3 courses of antibiotics in last two months, levofloxasin, norfloxasin, and Cefixime. Then I showed to a urologist in the last week and he put me on 30 days course of Alfuzosin. Not sure if is the antibiotics or the Alfuzosin that has worked but I am feeling 90% better now but the frequent urination persists. Erection feels uncomfortable and still mild pain at the penis tip sometimes.
First of all,nobody can tell me ,is that under or over active,they said it is neither.He has been given L-Thyrox Hexal (levothyroxine-natrium)50 and takes one a day.Since then he feels even worse than before. Dr's said it is normal and can take up to 3 weeks,but he feels too sick to even go to school.Can anyone help explain all this to me (in English) please.
5mg Bisohexal for the last 4 months to keep it under control. Prior to that I was on Hexal Linisnipril. Now my question is could the joint and muscle pain be related to my back? And the sore throat to my blood pressure medication? And the soft stool is maybe just incidental? Or should I have another HIV test done?
Doctor suggested me to have CARBIMAZOL10mg hexal one tablet per day in the morning..n also he told that within 4weeks we can make a control.Today i had undergone for blood test for TSH basal found it as 0.04ml very low..but FT3 and FT4 are normal..again Doctor suggested me to continue same medicine ,n to take two tablets for one more month...as we are planning for child will it be problem??and also doctor suggested me if there is no control within the month we can go for operation???

Flomax is used for the treatment of BPH and if you are having side effects to this drug then you can use other alpha blockers like doxazosin, terazosin, alfuzosin or 5 alpha reductase inhibitors like finasteride and dutasteride.
Effects may take longer to appear than alpha blockers, but they persist for many years. But they are available under prescription and should always be taken under a medical guidance.

24 hr results form heart monitor came back and showed some abnormal rhythms. Doctor put me on Sota-Hexal 80mg morning and night, still drinking it. The cardiologist then referred me to an electro physiologist for further testing. I finally got an appointment after 3 months. He thought he saw some shadow on my heart via the sonar which he then sent me to another doctor to do an MRI scan of the heart. He finally gave me the results after they analyzed it twice for some reason.
To ad a little beat of information i'm taking Bactrium and alfuzosin hcl er in this days. could they have cause a false positive? I was tested 3 month ago and at the time i was negative for Hsv-1 I haven't have any exposer with the exception with the one i described.
Medications called alpha one adrenergic antagonist are usually prescribed for the stent discomfort. They are terazosin, doxazosin, tamsulosin and alfuzosin. Sometimes anticholinergic medications like oxybutynin (ditropan), detrol or vesicare may help. Please consult your doctor, he will prescribe appropriate medications for you.

I am on medications again the improvement is markedly less than the previous course. Am on 5th day of Doxy and Cefuroxime Clav. Along with Alfuzosin and Amitriptyline. This time course is of 10 days duration. I got extremely weak with joint pain which has improved. My current symptoms are pelvic penile n lower back pain and weakness.I have shown to 3 Urologists , all saying epididymitis. And also saying it may not be related to STD.
m currently being treated by a Urologist P.A. with Alfuzosin and Uroblue? some medicine that turns my urine blue-ish. This is for an irritation in the urethra and sometimes at the tip. She prescribed these because the antibiotics I took didn't help. The irritation is improved tramendously, but now I still have the craling itchy butt crack. The discharge is hard to explain, it's hard to tell if it's just left ofer urine; though it seems a tiny but thicker.
I had acted on your suggestion and had consulted urologist.He had alfuzosin. It took almost three months. I also added Zolpidem to alprazolam (for Insomnia) Now i can sleep much better. Bathroom visits are almost normal.After many years I could normalize my B visits.Your suggestion helped me. My brother who is at Ohio and who is a psychiatrist advised me to add zolpiden for insomnia. With less bath room visits it has heped. thanks again.
50 y/o male. Last summer, started passing small (poppy seed sized) stones, 2-3mm.
Ultrasound tests revealed nothing. Was told to drink water. Stones became larger and numerous. CT scan that revealed numerous stones in my bladder. Urologist said stones were forming in bladder. Stones are uric-acid based. My prostate was probably enlarged. Stones continued to grow in size, passing one 1-2 wks. Was given Sodium Citrate. 2 months later, passed 5mm stone.
I forgot to mention that I'm taking Bactrium and alfuzosin hcl er could those medication influence the result ?
told me to try ibuprofen 3 times a day for 3 weeks, it did nothing. He put me on alpha blocker (alfuzosin) 2 weeks ago and it has done nothing.

I retested for all common STDs at 12 weeks and was negative for everything (HIV, HSV-1, HSV-2, gonorrhea, chlamydia, Syphilis, and trich).
Is this a yeast infection? Or is this some uncommon STD that my GP and Urologist can't identify? Should I go to an STD clinic?

Alpha-blockers may cause ejaculation back into the bladder (retrograde ejaculation).
The 5α-reductase inhibitors (finasteride and dutasteride) are another treatment option.
The urologist put me on daily dose of Minocycline Hydrochloride. He also gave me Alfuzosin Hydrochloride (alpha blocker) as a suppliment, but later advised me against it as I started feeling heavy headedness and tiredness.
In the meantime, I had intercourse with my wife. I guess for 2-3 times she observed itching in her genitals and also discharge of curd-like fluid (yeast??) which lasted for 3-4 days and then went off.

Roughly two years ago I started experiencing pain in my left testicle. After visiting the doctor he diagnosed me with Epididymitis. I was prescribed a round of anitbiotics and after 30 days it appeared to go away. This started in April and was cleared up by July. Following year, same thing. In April began having that pain along with some difficulty sitting.
I too have been all panicky about these things and since i got my new pills (Same brand- just different name. Both named Setralin- but was first on KRKA, and now on Hexal) - I havent bothered to read that stupid paper.
All i know is I should not take more then 200mg i guess, and thats enough for me.
Ive recently had a pretty good period with my anxiety. (guessing the meds have some thanks granted to their name).
To treat it, he gave me a two week prescription of Alfuzosin (alpha blocker to help promote blood flow to the prostate) and a one week MethylPred pack (steroid). After finishing the meds in early January the pain was still getting worse. I read up some on peripheral neuropathy, and tried massaging the tip of the penis a few times a day and also applying Capzasin a couple times.
5 mm is in the lower ureter and 3 mm in the left kidney. Since then I am drinking lots of water. I am taking Alfuzosin since last two days. For the last week I am having no pain and I am not taking any painkiller. My Dr says he will wait for ten days for the stone to fall else it has to be removed. Has the stone passed the ureter as I am not having any pain ? Can I wait more before removing it ? Is it necessay to forcebly remove it ? What can be done for the 3 mm stone laying in the kidney ?
