I am 3 years post breast cancer i had lumpectomy chemo rads i have taken tamoxofen for 2,5 years now on aromasil i had a bone density scan and was told i had low calcuim levels, now on calcuim sandox and actonel asked if i had osetoprosis and was told no have read around actonel and have not taken it yet as of the side effects please can you advice thanks.
I take once monthly Actonel. While I was pushing the pill through the foil blister, it broke. I did not take that pill for fear that it could cause stomach problems. My question is would it have been safe to take? Also, if I contact Proctor & Gamble, do you think they might replace the pill. If it was a daily pill, I wouldn't worry about, but I just lost a whole month of medicine due to a faulty package design.

i currnetly am taking actonel for my bones the past 3 years and klonopin i per night and take alot of vitamins such as B compex etc. no alcohol consumption but i do smoke half a pack of cigarettes per day no other medical conditions known 6 months ago all my blood workups were normal . ANY IDEAS WHAT CAN BE GOING ON WITH ME ?
and according to my calendar which I started to monitor my period and fertility I supposed to have my period on the 23rd. I am 4days delayed . I and my bf had protective sex but not so long he didn't even ejaculate or release any liquid and we used condom . not really sure why I am delayed .. can you help me .
Right hip replacement. I'm on requip, lyrica, cymbalta,celebrex, just starting actonel plus vitamins & calcium. thank you. I'm 76, female. I have osteoporosis of the right hip and osteopenia of the left hip. I have peripheral neuropathy (familial), and two bad knees.
I am just tired of taking medicenes that seem to cause other problems. I think I have the GERD from taking Actonel even though I followed the instructions to the letter for taking the Actonel. No longer take it. Just take calcium.
My suggestion would be, if he says he can ... er... release... any time he wants as he claims, tell him to get on with it after 30 minutes or so because you're getting tired! :P Four hours.. good lord woman. That would kill me.
If this truely seems to be a problem with him, definitely have him see a doctor about it. He could have a prostate problem which is very dangerous.
I agree, with the bypass surgery, you will have trouble absorbing many things and the extended release medication is more than likely, not going to work. If you can't take the fentnyl patch, (I don't know anything about the morphine patch) maybe check into Oxycodone, they do make it in liquid form that may be a good alternative for you. I can understand your anxiety related to delayed menstrual cycle. Pregnancy is the most common cause of absence of menstruation (amenorrhea). I've been taking two 15mg. delayed release morphine for a month for shoulder pain. The pain is gone and I want to stop taking the morphine. Should I cut down to one a day for a week or so then stop? I'm afrain of withdrawal even though it's a low dose. If I get side effects what should I do. I don't want to start taking more morphine again.

The other option is surgical release of penis. My sincere advice would be to consult a urologist and discuss this with him.

Don't know what you're working on. Time release is slow release. When I managed health food stores the saying about time release was, expensive urine or bowel movements, since the body evacuates before the stuff comes out of the capsule.
Now doctor has put me on HCG injections weekly, progesterone capsules, aspirin delayed release tablets , Progynova tablets and frolic acid ofcourse .
