My 5 year old stepdaughter has to use a booster seat by law here, my 3 year old is in a toddler car seat and now with the little one due any time we have to figure how to squeeze the base and infant seat into there too. We have a 4-door Hyundai sonata. Short of taking off a door I'm pretty stuck on what the heck to do here. lol. Anybody else found to trick to make it all fit safely???
I ended up in the ER where they took off 50 cc of fluid. Three days later 75 cc were taken off and a cortisone shot was given. The swelling eventually subsided. The very curious thing about this is that my sister had exactly the same experience with Synvisc -- second shot (not the first) reacted with pain and swelling and had to have fluid drained. Now, my doctor is suggesting Orthovisc. injections - 1 each week for 3 weeks. Am I in danger of the same reaction that I had with Synvisc?

454 patients were evaluated. The frequency of IL28B-type was CC=29%,CT=53%,TT=18%. CC-type was strongly associated with RVR (CC=51%,CT=42% and TT=7%,P=0.0001) as well as higher rates of week-8 and 12 response. CC-type was associated with SVR in both arms (70% and 69%,P =1.0). My hematologist was very surprised and said she wants me to be re-tested in case there was a lab error. Seems unlikely to me that abnormal PFA-100 collagen ADP closure time, VW antigen, VW RCo, and Factor VIII could all be attributable to lab error, but who knows.

first anyone that can explain this cc ct tt stuff to me in a way I can understand it would be appreciated, and second is this something my doctor would have tested me for? How do I know if I have this gene?

I've searched the web and here and no really good answer. I'm taking a Sonata about 3 or 4 oclock in the morning. It does cause some jitters next day. Now I've started Sam-e and a Super Beta Complex and the Jitters are unbearable. I take some Xanax and it helps some. I can't take much and still function.
The question is ... Is it the Sam-e or the Super B Complex causing the extreme jitters or anxiety?
Does that mean you have the "CC"Allele?

My specialist also said he received more info with the 2T, but mine was done on 3T and he could actually look at it both ways, based on the software, if that makes sense.
