Not a question but I wanted to let this group know about the Dr. Oz Show about when is too old to have a baby. It airs next Fri. 1/27/12 and our very own 1biologist is a guest. It was a very interesting show and there were alot of things brought up about over 40 women TTC especially. Of course all of us TTC over 40 have researched it to death, it is still a good show. It discusses the pros and cons as well as the risks.

I think we should start a movement to get this condition on Dr. Oz since his show is all about medical/health issues.

I have a good article from Dr. Oz on some things but am not typing it out at the moment. Just watched his show and love it! I hope he does a fertility/pregnancy episode soon!!! Anyone else a fan of his?

Big babies run in my family. I was 10 lbs and my 3 brothers were 10 lbs. I'm pretty sure one of them was 11 lbs. My daughter was only 7 lbs 4 oz but I dont think her dad was a big baby. DoyDoyou guys think its hereditary or just random? Cuz I know beyond a shadow of doubttdoubtthis baby is big.

Somewhat like the ice bucket challenge, we (lymies) have been challenging well known people to take a bite out of Lyme. Today Dr Oz did the challenge and had his whole audience participate. It was awesome seeing them do that. He also discussed Avril Lavigne's recent Lyme diagnosis. It is very exciting to see how far we have come in the last few years.

hi there, I saw this show today and wonder what is with Montel? Last time I saw him on Dr Oz, he was supporting medical Marj. Now it's Root and Herbs that will help. I'm guessing he bought a copper suite company and is looking to make a few bucks. Not sure why he was so hyper?

make sure you do everything the dr says. They might keep a closer eye on everything. And make sure you rest a lot. I am not much on people being lazy during pregnancy but i would def reccomend it for you. Dont lift anything heavy at all. Treat yourself like you would treat that baby. And i eould talk to the dr about having sex. Usually it is perfictly fine but may not be in your case. And dont worry about it either bc stress isnt good for either of you.

Some people get good results with "superfoods" such as bee pollen, royal jelly, spirulina because they are so highly concentrated with nutrients. Adrenal aids such as eleuthero and rhodiola can be helpful as well.

I have a mostly healthy diet with a day or two in the month where I eat junk, like popcorn and apple pie with ice cream I recently started mixing Amazing Grass Superfoods and Wheat grass in my morning smoothies. My smoothies include a helping of berries: blue, black, and strawberries with banana and grape juice. Not sure if the superfoods have causes this grainy stool, but I am concerned since it lasts for a couple of days.

Yeah I haven't personally bought alot of newborn but we had alot from when my nephew was born he was only 5lbs 14oz.but we are stocked fully on clothes thru 9 months I believe.

m 21 weeks at at my appt a couple days ago my little girl measured at 14 oz. The app says 10 oz. Just keep in mind the app is just an estimate. Im not too worried about it. I saw my Dr that same day and she didn't mention anything.

So, my little princess had her 2 month check up today, she is actually 10 weeks though...She weighs 11.5 now and 22 inches long..She weighed 7.11 at birth and was 19.5 inches long..so, she is growing really healthy..She is under the 40 percentile, but, hey its okay...He told me I could start giving her a small amount of juice daily...I could not be happier about her growth..I just wanted to update on her appt today...How are all of you ladies doing?

blood pressure good, urine good, blood sugar good, baby still growing. On my last sono last week baby was measuring 6lbs 8 oz, he didnt tell me the measurment this week. On the Bio Physical Profile he measures every other week. I have two more appts left Oct 24 and Oct 31.How it has narrowed down. csection nov 3...now then the pain..

She said that i will be going to the dr. every 2 weeks now and she may want to give me an ultrasound at the next visit to see how big the baby really is. So my next appt is June 9th...I really hope everything is ok....Just thought I would give you all an update on baby Abigail....

Can anyone suggest some superfoods that help improve the brain performance? Recently I found a superfood called Bulletproof brain octane oil that helps improve brain performance at Giddy Yoyo, a certified organic food product seller in Canada. Does anyone here have tried this product? or if someone who knows better superfood then please share.
