more is NOT necessarily better, and can actually cause you to approach toxicity levels if you're not careful, especially with the fat soluble vits (A,D,E,K). try a food-sourced vitamin from a company like MegaFoods. i have never personally used their line, but have researched it enough to understand the company philosophy and i believe they put out a quality product. many other brands also use food-sourced vitamins, though, so this company is by no means the only one.

Because I am diligent, I have been able to lower my warfarin dose and stay around 2.5. Once I was able to stabilize my INR, I felt much better.
