Had a CBC done after that which was normal but low Vitamin b12 and vitamin d. Now since six months my tongue feels like a little dry which troubles me. I also was diagnosed with epididymitisis 2 years back which is fine now. I read somewhere that hiv causes sinus problems and low vitamin b12 levels . Plus all of these things combined makes me worried If i contracted hiv from those encounters and these are its implications. I am googling a lot and even my wife can see anxiety on my face.

While I was tapering off I started taking a multiple vitamin and cal/mag too. As women, we need a lot of B vitamins. I checked the bottle when I bought the multiples and they had pleanty of B's. I felt the energy coming on about a week later. Coffee gives me that boost in the am but then I fall below energy level so I am trying to cut back on the caffine. I'm not very successful with that one right now but it will come .

You're only 10 weeks. baby is very well insulated and protected by amniotic fluid and your body. I went to adventure island at like 17 weeks and doctor said it was fine. Just don't like go down on your stomach obviously lol.

Hey everyone!! I just had my first doctors appointment! I'm 5 weeks 3 days along! I found out last Friday so I'm still adjusting!

Metoclopramide (for vomiting from a stomach bug) did it as well. I have more of what I call adventure dreams, where it feels like I'm going on an adventure. Even though things still change around the way dreams do, there's a feeling of continuity and usually a cast made from people I know. I have trouble waking up from these because my tired brain thinks that whatever I'm dreaming is just so much more interesting than the real world.
