vaginal ulcers

I discovered 3 maybe 4 vaginal ulcers. I first thought that I had been just dry when I had intercourse with my boyfriend and we may have been a little rough and it was a tear and would go away. Now over a month in a half later I still have them. They are most painful during sex and when urinating. I know for a fact that this is not herpes.... They are not getting any better and I keep reading that other women have experienced this same issue and no one seeems to know what they are.

Had unprotected oral fr 15 mins follewed by unprotected vaginal sex with a chinese sex worker of unknown status. I understand that i was at risk and symptoms cant be used to diagnoise and am goin to get tested at the earliest oppourtunity since am out f country. Would be very grateful If any f you could clarify my following doubts. On day 27 after exposure i had a mild fever which lasted fr one day. Though the fever was gone the next morn, the same eve i had maculopapular rash.

November 7 I started with sore throat and dry cough. On November 15 had my second exposure, oral and vaginal protected sex. On November 16, due to the efforts to cough I bleed a little bit. I noted dry throat and oral ulcers. And thrush (candida). I had my duo test for hiv and sifilis after 29 days from my first exposure being negative. The synthomps remain. I read that oral ulcers and thrush is connected with HIV. Could be other StD? I am in panic.

Im male..its been 6 weeks almost since I had a protected vaginal intercourse but unprotected oral sex(i perfrmed on her vagina) with a woman.. I began with these vaginal ulcers when I was 13 --so an STD it was not. These would start as bumps on the vulva inside wall, the bump would then turn into an ulcer. I knew what it was because I suffered from apthous ulcers in my mouth from the time I was 8. Now having them appear around the vagina put me in a panic. m worried is because I had a herpes simplex outbreak in my mouth and had ulcers in my upper gums and roof of the month (just on the left side). I get this outbreak about once a year (recurrent). In addition to herpes, I had had a tooth extracted two weeks prior to giving oral sex. Blood was still visible in the cut even after a week, but I think that at the time of performing fellatio, it was half-way healed--though I wouldn't be surprised if I still had some blood in that area.

Does Semen or Vaginal fluids transmit HIV if these touched bleeding cut, ulcers, sores or wounds?

You mentioned ulcers the first time so reread the advice. It also doesn't matter how many people gave you wrong advice. There is no reason to test or to ask the same questions again.

we have since broken up. however, within the past two months i have experienced 2 ulcers at the side of my throat. they are pretty huge, 1-2 cm. however, they are not exactly painful. there is definitely discomfort. i can still easily swallow and consume my food. the ulcers might have a result of alcohol and late nights these days. but the almost painless ulcers worry me alot. what are the chances of me getting syphillis? i am so worried.

Have you had any new exposures since your negative test? If you have multiple ulcers in your genital area I would see a doctor ASAP for another swab on those lesions and seek a type specific IGG blood test immediately! Sores inside your mouth that you describe seem to be canker sores. Not herpes. I have had the same issues orally and my swabs and blood work show no herpes. Again, odds are your oral lesions are not related to herpes.
