Hello I wanted to see if any one can help me with my results. I had a urine dip and came back With the following results WBC 2+ Ketones 2+ Uro 2+ Is this something to be alarmed ? I currently have erythema nodosm and can’t find the cause of this, what can my urine results be related to ? I don’t have diabetes and I’m not having UTI symptoms at all.

The platelet count came back low, as did the CPK. The urine results were ok, except the RBC/HPF results were 4-10 (high), PH was 7.5and protein was 1+. He had some ticks prior to this episode, so my vet started tx with Doxy. All tick desease test came back negative though. Should I continue the Doxy? MCV is nothing. Entry into a study will not be allowed unless you can start within certain guidelines. Don't worry about biopsy results, they will not exclude you for that, they just want an idea of where you are. Do you have a number you can call to reassure yourself that you are within the required parameters? Okay, so I took my glucose test last month and the results showed no gestational diabetes, but they said I'm anemic. So, I'm taking iron pills in addition to the prenatal vitamins. What are the risks of bring anemic while pregnant? I've always been anemic, but the doctor hadn't instructed me to take the iron pills until recently, and I'm 32 Weeks along. I recommend that you obtain the urine container and the requisition from the doctor, collect the urine yourself and drop it off directly at the lab shortly after it is collected. I would also ask your doctor to send another urine sample to biochemistry for another urinalysis, unless your doctor has the facility to centrifuge the urine and examine it microscopically.
