Another Dermatologist thought my immune system caused the reaction and prescribed Tacrolimus ointment...told me to put it on until the color came back. About a month ago I noticed red bumps on the side of my scrotum and they also started to appear in my inner thigh as well. I used hydrocortisone cream and it the bumps seemed to get better but what I'm left with now is my entire scrotum and penis are red and a bit sensitive to touch. It's not alot of pain and no itching at all and I have no raised bumps or rash. The skin has just turned red.
