Hello, my
feet have been
swollen for about a week now and I am not sure if I should be worried. They are the only part of my body that is swollen. I have read online to try putting my feet up, and I do at home, but they are still swollen. Also, exercise. Well I have done zumba 2 times this week, but the more I do it, the more my feet hurt. My right one hurts, the left one doesn't. I am not sure what else I can do. None of my shoes fit me right now, so they all hurt to wear.
