Do you have an anxiety problem, or a stress problem? The two are quite different, and if the stress of your job is more than you can handle and it's not a generalized irrational anxiety problem the only solution is to develop ways to lessen the stress or realize this might not be the right job for you. It's tough, I know, drugs are easier to turn to, but they're not magic pills and they don't alter the reality of your life.

First of all i want to say that i really appreciate you're comment. I've been googling for the CFS syndrome. Even though I've been very stressed out in the period before it began, fasciculations/twitchings are not mentioned as symptoms of CFS in the wikipedia article i've found. But I will surely discuss this with my doctor. Thanks for your tips, I will try to relax, but sometimes I get really freaked out because of the twitching.

I've started having a numb/tingling sensation in my hands and feet. Also just weird sensations when I touch parts of my body. In my hands it could be several fingers or one finger, and can have sharp pain from my elbow down. My hands and feet feel like they are wearing socks or thin gloves. I've started to notice tremors as well in my hands. I've got a buzzing spot on the left side of my foot that will buzz for a second or two then quit and start again.
30yr old male count is 26 they put me on 50,000 iu my symptoms are fatigue ,legs and stomach hurt ,warm felling in chest ,lightheaded and headaches they did an mri on the brain a stress test and a ekg plus a bunch of blood work everything came back good except for low vitiamin d count can that cause all these symptoms and if so how long till i start feeling better this is my first week on 50,000 iu
CPPS is a possibility (if you have not, take a look at the write-up on Wikipedia, it is quite good) and for better or worse, CPPS is not associated with STI, does not respond to STI therapy, and is not associated with harm to sexual partners. it may linger however.
My advice is as follows- I see little potential benefit for you from further testing for STIs, or to occur with further treatment of any sort.

One other possibility if you have burning there is that it is the first stages of shingles, which would be a lot less worse than HIV. As far as I know, shingles outbreak could be triggered by any other virus, or just by stress.
Can I ask you- what was your source for labelling a sunburn type rash (I have it in the same place, but just on one side of neck) as ARS?

A pharmacist friend of mine suggesting researching the symptoms of MS and comparing them to mine. It seemed to fit better than anything else I had come up with.
Took Azitromax 1000 mg and later Cipro 1000 mg ( not tested). Also tried Valtrex 7 days with no change in symptoms Daily symptoms up til today, tender and slightly swollen meatus, utethral discomfort/ slight pain. No apparent blisters or ulcers, no discharge, normal lymphnodes. Last 4-6 weeks pinprick pain in legs, feet, nates and hands.Tested at 2 weeks: hiv, chlam, syf, mycopl, urine, hematology- all normal. At 4 weeks Gon and Hsv combo- negative. 6 weeks utethral smear- normal.
Over the years I developed hypo symptoms however I always been on betablocker since I still have rapid heart beats and high blood pressure, symptoms of hyper which comes and goes under stress otherwise hypo symptoms.
Now 2013 I noticed that I have more often hyper attacks and more severe symptoms, I went to Endo specialist and my tests were TSH 2.0, T4 12, my TPO antibodies has increased to 1500. No TRAK was taken in this test.

I have no idea. His tests were inconclusive. Could I have atrial fibrilation?
i tested after the 3 months mark using rapid test it was -ve. my question to you guys is do my symptoms sound like ARS and do i need to test again using ELISA. thanx.
