To try to put a stop to these symtoms, I am going to be eating and drinking a majority of the above advised foods, being water and tea (I love my tea and have never had a problem with
it), i can suggest cutting out dairy for a week or so, if you
is tender and painful, try drinking a cap ful of Milk of Magnesia to calm it down (this also helps the vomiting) and eating dry toasted bread (brown is better).
