I push down and keep pushing all the way down and out until I feel all the gas go away following down through into my stomach then I just gas it out.Note I have to keep doing this a few times to relieve it all. Is there a natural remedy with no chemicals that can relieve it other than say like Gas X ?
My stomach swells after I eat and as the day progresses for quite awhile. I even took dairy and carbs (gluten, grains, etc.) out of my diet about 5 days ago. I have even been drinking a lot of green smoothies during those 5 days. I don't understand. It's not gas though. I have no clue what to do. I also tried water pills and probiotics.
I had my gallbladder removed 4/11 and since the removal i still continue to have pain on my right side and my stomach is still bloated. I've cut out most fats, good and bad, gluten and dairy, i'm pretty much eating lean turkey, chicken and veggies which still seem to cause pain and bloating. Any ideas on what is causing this?
Hello every one. I am wondering if anyone has found a remedy for "nervous stomach" my husband and I both have it terribly. Every time we are stressed or anxious or there is change we can hardly eat, we have pain and bloating and cramping and nausea. We are amidst a move out of state right now so stress levels are high, and although my husband can sleep anytime I have difficulty sleeping when I'm stressed (hence writing this at 4 AM).
the past 2 years ive been experiencing bloating stomach, pain that rotates to my back. Almost to the point where I look like im 6 months pregnant. My stomach gets hard when its bloated. Where you can actually see it being hard when you push on it. During that time of the month my cramps have gotten so horriable that I get anal spazims (sp?), quarter like size clots, and heavy bleeding. I just thought it was normal.
I went to my regular doctors appointment and complained about my pain.

The other annoying thing I have been dealing with is paresthesia mostly in groin area ... if you couple that with the lower back pressure/pain that I get from time to time, would suggest sacral nerves are affected perhaps?

I was diagnoesd with the gastritis last year via physical exam according to my symstoms like bloating and stomach pain never don an endoscopy i was on and off for PPI (omeprazole and pantoprazole) but never get healed.. Then after that my gp ask for ultrasounds scan and they found multiple stone.. But a bit curios my stomach symptoms are differnt fron gallstone symptoms normally gallstone symptoms are pain in right under the ribcage which is never had that pain..

Have you seen a doctor for your stomach? It is most definitely not from ghsv1. You really need to see a doctor for your stomach - it could be from many things, but it is not ghsv1. It would not cause those symptoms.
