Common Questions and Answers about Percocet with adderall

percocet

Not a doctor, but I can't see why it would make any difference at all. There are no interactions listed on this site - http://www.drugs.com/drug-interactions/amphetamine-dextroamphetamine,adderall-index.html?
It is amazing to me that a doctor who specializes in addiction would put me on adderall. What is the matter with these doctors? How did he imagine I would use it, since he knew I'm an addict? That I would use it properly? HAH! But now it's not so funny. I pray I make it through this.
I have experience with Adderall. I am prescribed 40mg a day, and for the most part I stick to that. I used adderall to help me get off coke. Then at times I used the two together. I have crushed and snorted A-bombs many times. I know (to a much lesser degree) how fatigued I feel when I don't take it in the morning and I am just on the prescribed dose. I feel for you and I hope you find some relief from this hell.
I recently discovered that my 49 year old wife has been taking my sons adderall for a year. She has been taking 20mg. per day. She also takes celexa for depression. I am concerned that she is addicted and will have withdrawal problems. I have hidden the adderall from her and she no longer has it available. She relizes that she has a problem and has commited to quit. What are the withdrawal symptoms, how soon after she has quit to they show, how long to they last and how can I help.
I am going to pharmacy school. Percocet and Norco are VERY different. Percocet- Is a schedule II drug and is in the same class as morphine, adderall, cocaine, and fentnyl. It is kept locked up in retail pharmacies and is only allowed to be unlocked by a pharmacist. Percocet is oxycodone and acetominipen (tylonol).
on top of the percocet and oxycodone i was also addicted to adderall which if you dont know is an amphetamine. so along with everything else i was so completely exhausted i felt i could not put one foot in front of the other. the only thing i can tell you is that if this is the road you have chosen it will be hard and it will pretty much suck but you will survive it. it took me probably a solid month to start feeling physically better and i'm still recovering mentally.
ya, I agree with Louisville. You need to do a bit of research into what ADHD is. To say that something that can have the consequences of ADHD is just "a matter of not paying attention", really shows the need for more information. This is a good place to start: http://www.medhelp.
Before I got pregnant, I was on all sorts of medication to include, ativan, adderall, trazadone, ambien and percocet. I was taking 80-100 mg (sometimes more) of percocet a day for chronic back pain. When I found out I was pregnant, I quit taking or tried to quit taking everything or as low of a dose as possible, however, the withdrawals were too much. So, I talked to my OBGYN and he said, just try to ween yourself off.
I take morphine, Percocet, and Adderall daily, and I had to take a **** test for my pain doctor, and Adderall didn't show up on 2 test, I drink a lot of pop, water, and also been on antibiotics at the times they test me, could that make Adderall not show up?
I can share a bit with You..About 20 months ago I came off of a long ash ride with Methadone and illegal adderall that I was snorting..Then I would take a Benzo at night. NOW this is a cocktail of drugs so it does take some time to rid out of your body..Methadone,Trams and Subs are the most synthetic one out here and they have longer legs. SO right now you are doing very good with everything you said you have and are taking.
I started out on Lexapro fine and have no problems with it still but with Tramadol I feel completely alone with dealing what I can clearly see as an addiction. I started out at 2 pills in the am and 2 and night. Now I take ten in the morning till I start to slow down around lunch time then I take ten more. I take 20 50mg pills a day and I can't stop. The quantities consistently increase no matter how I try to stop taking them all together. The withdrawls scare the hell out of me.
When I got the first taste of opiates (for the same reason as you) that is when it went way out of control to using the Dones with the Adderall to get wired up..I had the Compulsive Behavior. I am just sharing this with you becasue I never thought anything was wrong because this helped me get all my work done at home and at work BS Again..BUT I think in your case it is just those meds are right up your nose.
Hello I've been taking Vicodin percocet adderall valium xanax for Awhile now and I need to STOP it maybe getting of control the Vacodin was 750 mg.
anyway i read somewhere that taking percocet will help with the wd's..i know..STUPID!! So I took percocet 4 a week, and 2 pills 4 x a day.. of 10/325.. Now tis is 48 hours and I am in terrible wd's!! same stuff sweats, rls, insomnia.. ect. Is this from the suboxone or am I going through wd's after taking percocet for a week..it just makes no sense?? how long will this last..please help me...
I have experimented with many drugs, my history is as follows: Alcohol(every once in a while), marijuana (once a week - every day), ecstasy (5 times, max dosage 3 pills), cocaine (4 times, max dosage 2 lines), NYTOL (250mgs and another 200mgs at another time) percocet (once 40 mgs), adderall(2 times, first time snorted around 65mg's second time less than 2.5 mgs) I was also on celexa and effexor both for about a month a while ago.
the more i think about this, the more i believe she's not better at all, and shes one of those people that like to see others go down with her. she talks about how her roommate abuses her adderall prescription and how she has issues and everything, then in the same breath say she doesn't want kids because her goal is to get her own adderall dosage higher. huh?? this is coming from a person who not even 6 months ago wouldn't shut up about wanting a family and babies.
If you need the percocet then why dont you get it from the doctor? The only advice any of us can give you is to tell your doctor as that is the safest way. They will monitor you and the baby. We arent trying to be difficult here at all but you have another life growing in you and coming off meds needs to be done correctly as the baby feels what you feel. Are you scared to tell them?
It is still really early, and I was on Zoloft, Adderall, Xanax, Klonopin and Percocet. I completely stopped taking EVERYTHING - except the Xanax...but I've cut down from 2-3/day to 1/2-1/day (2 mg each). Yesterday I literally only did a bump of cocaine, and I feel HORRIBLE about it. I know it was a bad decision, and I plan on getting some help for my addictions so this does NOT happen again. My question is - will 1 bump hurt the baby this early?? What about the Xanax?
I have been diagnosed After seven years of seeing doctors for a chronic itch on my arms, I have been diagnosed with brachial radial sysdrom. What will help this awful itch?
Spending nearly a thousand dollars a week on vicodin, percocet, and adderall. God, I was killing myself and my family. Thank God, I have a wonderful husband, who although he allowed me to be the way I was for so long....he was my number one reason to quit. I know it should have been for me, but I don't think I'm worth much anymore. So, my husband and family who are so beautiful...they are what it means to me. I just want the racing heartbeat, the restlessness to go away.
I drink about 8 beers a day, which I know does not help - except for the time being. I want to research and find an anxiety pill that would help with weight loss. I need to be able to drive while using it as well.
- I have been prescribed and abused Percocet, Norco, Klonopin, Soma, Neurontin, Adderall and Lunesta. I always take more than the prescribed and always run out early. I "lose medication" and get doctors to authorize early refill for controlled meds or I pay out of pocket for a refill. -I would get 120 Norco (or sometimes other pain meds) at a time and burn through them in 7-10 days (although lately it's faster). I would experience mild withdrawal, but it was manageable.
I struggled bad with percocet earlier this year. It was hell and i was on day 9 of my withdrawals when I caught my wife cheating on me....somehow I managed to make it through and was clean for about 3 months....since then though I have used vics and norcos a few times...but my new problem seems to be adderall and vivance...I want to stop but it seems to easy to get them....any help would be appreciated....
It seriously frustrates the he11 out of me that a methadone clinic would even accept somene with a Vicodin or Percocet habit. They're basically giving you a much stronger drug, with cheaper, easier, legal access. It's disgusting! And I'm sure the doctor or counselor didn't sit you down to explain to you how incredibly addicting it is!!! If you thought Vicodin w/d was bad... Multiply it by 10, and rather than it taking a week to w/d from; it will take months before you're feeling ok.
Someone is BS'ing you, no amount of amphetamine is going to stop opiate WD. It will help with some of the aches and pains because it is a non-narcotic painkiller but it is the OXY that is physically addictive that is giving you the WD symptoms.
When I go a day or two without anything I start feeling feverish, exhausted, weak, restless, sleepy, ache, sick to stomach, very ILL I am so sick of living like this So here are my problems I need to get off of these pills but everyone that I live with is on them to they want me to get off too but they are not getting off with me also I have several teeth that need to be pulled but do not have enough money to get them out a couple of them have an abscess which causes severe pain.
Anjel, Would you tell me a little more about the drug 'Adderall.' I have an appointment with my physician on Tuesday about trying a new schedule of pain medication, since the ones that I have been on, are not controlling my pain. Would appreciate any personal comments you have about your use of Adderall. Is the Adderall prescribed for pain? And how have you been feeling Anjel? I do think about you alot, dealing with all the discomfort that you suffer from.
