m a 22 year old female with Multiple Sclerosis (diagnosed 5 months ago however, had symptoms at age 19), Lattice degeneration OU, mild myopia OU, retinal hole OD (non-threatening) and floaters/flashes OU. I've realized that there are two eye issues I have to potentially worry about during my lifetime--optic neuritis and retinal detachment. I understand I am at a greater risk for both of these.

Certain conditions can cause numbness in the head like nerve damage, cardiovascular disease, medical complications from prior surgeries, multiple sclerosis, autoimmune disorders, joint or bone disorders, migraines, panic or anxiety attacks, lymes disease etc. You need to show yourself to a neurologist for this. This could be life threatening also and may need prompt diagnosis.
