Hi everyone. Unfortunately, last month I have a miscarriage at 5 weeks pregnant. It would have been my first pregnancy/child. As devastating as it was, my husband and I would like to try again in the next month or two. Is there anyone out there who had a successful pregnancy following a miscarriage? I'm not sure when to start trying again.

I was pregnant a year ago and that ended with a miscarriage at 10 weeks. I am now about 5 and a half weeks pregnant and I have brownish discharge and some cramping. I am worried that this might be another miscarriage starting. I haven't got a doctor yet and I'm not sure what I should do.

Unfortunately if it is a miscarriage there is nothing that can be done to stop it at this point. I miscarried at 5 weeks in 2010 and remember how frightening and frustrating it was to just wait for it to happen. Hoping all the best for you and baby!

Hi, I posted on 18-34 pregnancy forum as I was unsure if I was pregnant, doctor confirmed I was however a few days later suffered a miscarriage at 5-6 weeks...this was only a week or so ago, I know I'm hardly going to be on cloud 9, but how do I work my way through this? I keep looking at my stomach and thinking I should have a little bean growing in there, I feel let down by my body...I feel a touch depressed and this is a route I don't want to go down.

So i have some questions. I just found out wednesday i was pregnant and my doc figured i was 4 weeks...so now i should be about 5 weeks. I'm 26 and Im a heavy smoker and am confused because ive read that quitting cold turkey can cause miscarriage but that smoking can also cause it. So what should i do? Also...my diet is very poor. I have several food allergies..gluten, dairy, and fructose which SEVERELY limits my nutritional intake.

I'm 17 & 5 weeks pregnant. I've been experiencing cramps that are similar to menstrual cramps. I get nervous bc I know this can be a symptom of the common miscarriage and I want this baby more than anything. Please don't say anything about my age, as it has nothing to do with the question. Is this normal? Is there any advice as to what I can do to prevent miscarriage & what not to do? Thanks in advance.

Are you cramping? I have had two miscarriages so far and I, also, am pregnant. I am about 4 weeks and a nervous wreck. Hopefully it is not a miscarriage but, I would contact your doctor just in case. I can tell you that some women do bleed during their pregnancy but since you have already had one miscarriage I think I would contact my doc if I were you. It is better to be safe... m now 13 weeks +4 and no problems now. At the beginning 5 weeks again i passed a clot and had some bleeding went to the er prepared for the worst and everything was fine. When you start trying again just try and eat healthy and take your vitamins good luck.

Hey everyone I'm 5 weeks +1 and I've had 2 miscarriages this is my first pregnancy in 2 years since. I'm scared and nervous. I'm experiencing cramping but no bleeding, my sister who has 5 kids says it's normal. My cramps feel like period cramps. I guess my question is, is this normal? I'm Rh- and my levels run low in pregnancy, the Dr jax put me on meds to help my levels to prevent miscarriage.

i had a m/c at 5 weeks and it started out as cramping and then i started bleeding....i realized i was miscarrying when i took a hpt and it came out neg. after 4 positive ones before....i really hope this is not the case for you but i will definitely keep you in my thoughts....

t even know they are pregnant at 5 weeks. Im not a doctor but i think if u have a miscarriage its painful and you will have bleeding. But if it truly worries you, go see a doctor.

I had a miscarriage 3 months ago at 8 1/2 weeks. During that time, my breasts were tender, now I am just about 5 weeks pregnant and no signs of breast enlargement or tenderness. I am worried that I will lose this baby too. I have some headaches, harder to sleep at night, a little increased hunger, little more fatigued but that's it. Has anyone not had tender breasts during early pregnancy. I go tomorrow for a blood test, but just curious in the meantime. Thanks to all.
