You are always welcome here but I agree with Mollyrae, the Men's Health Forum or even the Urology Forum may be a better Forum for you.
I would offer you some suggestions but I don't really understand your problem or question. A shower or soap should not cause pain in a healthy "private" area. When you talked about healing I do not understand what needs to be healed. So you may feel more comfortable explaining all the details on a Men's Forum.
(In case others are wondering, this thread started out in a different forum and got moved to the Men's Health forum, being more appropriate here.
The last person who spoke about masturbation here had his post redirected to the Men's Health Forum (which I thought was pretty harsh as he raised valid mental health issues and concerns). You may get more feedback to your question on that particular forum.
