Avatar f tn This is a tough time for both, but especially for her as every mother's worst fear is for her children's health and safety. I will also keep this young woman who has just lost her husband in my thoughts. This is such an unexpected tragedy. You are such a good friend to want to be there for these families.
Avatar n tn I'm the first to admit that I spend FAR too much time lurking on this and one or two other cardiac arrythmia forums, and I think that the time has well and truly come to spend less time hunched over my PC fueling my anxious and obsessive nature and more time out wandering the wild and magnificant coastline right outside my front door here in NE England (UK). And better to leave the forum free for those who are in the early stages of learning and seeking reassurance.
Avatar n tn I am just worried because I have been shamefully lured to buy more acne item because of my despiration thru forum sites like this where companys sign up as a "common acne sufferer" to promote their products. I am in the end out more money and still very sad and hurt with my results. I dont mean to offend, but if you are like me and millions out there who have been in this and still are in this situation, you may understand my weary demenor.

Avatar n tn Please let me know what you find out, and I will do my best to post my findings as well.
1199040 tn?1265239024 Please lets fight for equal treatment. Maybe the big wigs sitting in Washington will forego their health care until we all have health care. HA May all beings be free from suffering.
Avatar n tn I must have a great poker face. My wife's health was perfect before the surgery so it wasn't for health reasons as she claims. I'd like to say it gets better but we're not there yet. I'm very supportive of her I just don't want to be with her intimately. And going to the doctor for this phony "erectile disfunction" is a real pain in the ***.
Avatar f tn As he puts it, he can lie down and think of England whilst yours truly does the job and I don't usually come down until I get my orgasm. Did I just tell you all that? Bam, what are you doing to us?
Avatar n tn I did a Google search for my similar symptoms and found this forum. About 48 hours ago, I noticed this heat sensation in my left shin. At first I thought I was standing too close to a heat vent in the floor at work! It is a warm, sort of tingly sensation that lasts 5 seconds and occurs, I don't know, 10 times throughout the day. I wonder if I slept on the leg funny?? Stress?? I am 43 and in reasonably good health but seem to be a hypochondriac (spelling?) at times.
Avatar f tn I had upper and lower jaw surgery 3 years ago and my health has never been the same. I was given 4 plates and screws in the mandible and maxilla and got the same story about the bioavailability of titanium, but I question it. I have done some moderate research over the last few months and I found one excellent study about a very small percentage of patients having significant health systems since receiving Ti implants.
Avatar m tn This method has also helped some people on this forum reach parts of their sinuses that weren't reached by a Flip-Turn Flush. One user reported his success with this method to his ENT, who informed him that he has been using this method for 35 years. I went outside to try this method (you can do it inside, on towels) I sat down on the ground, legs bent, knees up.
Avatar n tn ) Went to the doc this AM... said that it just an auto- immune reaction since the tingles / pain / numbness / cold is "jumping around" and stops and starts. Also said that since I have an auto-immune problem that I need to try to avoid sick people and stay as healthy as I can, rest etc and let my body correct itself. They did tons of blood work and will have the results by the end of the week.
Avatar n tn You've simply gotten used to that very mild mood lift that the PHENYLEPHRINE HCL provides you. PHENYLEPHRINE HCL is one of those ersatz speed-like drugs these guys in the back of men's magazine like to sell in black capsules claiming they're legal "black beauties." You've got what amounts to becoming addicted to coffee for its caffeine.
Avatar f tn I am at the point of doing anything to get answers. Tonight I decided to search on-line and found this forum and could not believe what I was reading. It was as though I had written it all. I then proceeded to research brachioradial pruritis and am still in awe of what I have found. I have printed quite a bit of reading for my doctor on the next visit. I did rupture the C5 AND C6 in my neck and had to have surgery, this definitely has shined some light on my misery.
Avatar n tn I too have this violent coughing, it is a tickling/itching sensation in a small spot below my right jaw and ear, it goes away after I cough so hard it rattles that spot, my eyes water, nose runs and it gives almost no warning. It all started a few years ago when I developed what seems like bronchitis.
Avatar f tn Today was really really hard. I love you all so much. I'm so honored to be a community leader of such a great forum full of the nicest most supportive women I have ever talked to. Thank you all so much.....
Avatar n tn Once after I thought I had injured my penis and was waiting to go to the urologist I did stop masturbating for a few days, and after about two days I woke up in the morning so horny, my penis was so sensitive, that I simply had to masturbate (session didn't last very long), otherwise I never would have gotten back to sleep. I think it's just virtually impossible, or very difficult, to completely stop.
Avatar n tn Married 7 yrs no other partners no history of any health issues. Thought it could be atrophic vaginitis, but dr didn't seem to think so. The only thing that stops it from itching all day is anti itch cream like vagasil.
Avatar n tn If you're taking this pill just to loose weight, and not for a health reason, you should stop taking it, and see that if you keep eating healthy, and walking, you'll still loose! And BTW, taking this pill 10 mins before a meal to help with your appetite is crazy! All diet pills tell you to take it 30min.s before each meal.. b/c it takes 30 min.s to start working...10 min.s? that pill isn't doing anything for you when you're eating!
Avatar n tn And I don't wear contacts either. And the itching drives me crazy! My health insurance doen't cover dermatology :( so I'm trying to solve the mystery myself. Any help would be WONDERFUL!!!! Thanks in Advance!
Avatar n tn Hi. I just signed on to make a comment that might help. Those of you with doctors refusing to bring levels to optimal should really consider seeing another doctor. Most "Knowledgeable" doc's these days consider anything under 325 or 350 to be too low, and higher than that is typical for younger men and "optimal", not "normal" health. It's normal to have high cholesterol, too, that doesn't mean it's 'good'. One thing you might consider looking into....
Avatar n tn i had echo done on my heart--normal chest xray--normal blood tests--normal (still waiting for the results of the allergy test though) so like the other post said...i feel better about my heart, and my health but i still cant breathe. Pulmonary function tests where the doctor said "it could be asthma, very mild though" he prescribed singulair and an albuterol inhaler for before i run. sometimes taking the inhaler can make me lightheaded. so i dont like using it.
Avatar n tn i dont know where the myth of 6 or more palps in a row or in a minute are life threatening, but its been addressed in this forum more than once and its simply untrue. Unless you have a structural heart problem, pvcs are of no concern, and they are not indicative of a larger problem unless you are having tens of thousands of pvc's per day, and even then, it doesnt nessecarily indicate a problem...
Avatar n tn i searched the internet for holistic methods and other alternatives besides visiting a doctor and i came across this forum. i had never heard of using geritol as a conception device. i went out and bought me a bottle of the tablets and my husband and i have both been taking them for almost a week now. i think i might go get the tonic as well if i don't conceive this month. we are trying to use as many alternative methods as possible before resorting to doctors b/c i am just 24.
Avatar n tn Then this year about 1 month ago it came back and was 4 times the size of the first one. the size of a dice. So I grabbed for my British Columbia Health Guide Handbook. It gives you an idea of what's wrong, befor you see the doc. The book made it sound like no big deal, and does say it can come back, but doesn't mention any surgery's needed. so now I am curious too about how serious this is, because the health handbook reads...
280700 tn?1210287416 Hi there, I just stumbled across this forum and was encouraged by all the posts. It is great to hear others stories. I am still getting used to all the abbreveations for everything so bear with me.. I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 21, I am now 33 and was just married in Aug08. My husband and I surprisingly got pregnant right away. and I mean surprisingly b/c I was under the impression with my PCOS that it would take a long time and the need of meds etc.....
Avatar n tn I too can relate to your story. Not just an hr ago I went through this same thing: stomach cramps and nausea; light headed, turned pale, I got really hot all over sweating from head to toe; loss in blood pressure that I couldn’t even hold my head up, felt like I would pass out; severe stomach cramps and liquid diarrhea, in my case there was no hard stool. I have experienced this problem probably 5 or 6 times in my life and I am 46.
Avatar n tn Hi there we continued our chat in the forum posted above. There are several of us who are going through or just went through the 2ww. I did a hpt at 10 days post blastocyst transfer and received a BFP. I am currently almost 6 weeks. Please join us in the other forum...
