BUT, If you have a back issue, you may want to go slow, or start with some other form
of exercise, as certain types
of yoga can be hard on the back. And for that, you gave me a best answer - I believe your family had been pressuring you a bit about exercising, and when I brought up the back issue,and going slow, and I'm quoting you here, you wrote "Bless you".
