I wanted to change to wheat but my blood type is B. I eat papayas (fruit) a bowl for lunch and dinner, sometimes I don't have dinner. I snack cream crackers whenever I feel hungry, but only 6 pieces per day, no night time snack. I drink a lot, like 8 or more glasses per day, especially when I'm feeling hungry.

Now, considering your dog has excess protein, this doesn't figure really.... So do try and post your question on the "Ask a Vet" forum. You will eventually get through, even if you have to keep trying. One of the vets there might be able to help you.
Avatar n tn You can make a lot of different foods. Make sure that every meal contains protein and fiber; those are the 2 things that will fill you up and keep you feeling fuller the longest. Opt for at least 3 servings of low/no fat dairy; eat lean meats and whole grain breads and/or pastas.

It's called LCHF, and it is based on low carb, moderate protein and high fat way of eating. Best part is that no calorie counting, eat until full. Also, it canceled my cravings and I no longer snack anymore.

Avatar n tn Ch4st4r had some good suggestions... also adding protein and healthy fats from olive or coconut oil to each meal will help as well, since protein and fats, won't increase blood glucose levels like simple carbs will. I lost 23 lbs by add more healthful fats to my diet...

I use low fat hot pepper jack or no fat skim ... both melt and do wonderfully. 7. Wheat thin buns or Mueslix thin bread (about 100 calories), 1 TBSP of peanut butter and either 1-2 TBSP of SF Orange Marmalade OR Slice a banana on top. Hope this gives you some ideas ... breakfast certainly doesn't have to be boring! In fact .. it can be most exciting!

If so, actually, your calorie count on it seems rather low, but that would depend on what kind of jelly you had, and what kind of milk you had (low/no fat, 2% or whole milk). First off the bagel is loaded with, both refined flour (unless it was whole grain-doubtful) and sugar, so it's a lot more simple carbs than you should have in a single meal. Secondly, the jelly is mostly sugar.
