If you were my patient, I would advise you that exposure to
isotretinoin during pregnancy is known to cause
birth defects. Because your exposure was SO early, and because it doesn't cause birth defects 100% of the time, there is a chance that you could have a healthy normal child. One option would be to wait and do early ultrasound imaging. If you do this it would be very important to know what the laws of your state allow as far as how many weeks pregnancy termination is legal.
