I truly believe that stress and/or mood has been my biggest trigger. Yes, certain foods like corn get me every time. But what never fails, guaranteed makes me sick are the stressful events like going back to school, worrying about my job, trying to lose 5 pounds, etc. The best thing I do is to repeat my mantra to let go of the things I cannot change. Take a few minutes every day and try some deep breathing. I take a hot bubble bath.
