Most if not all are related to treatment with interferon and while the problems those people have experienced are not good they are experienced by a minority of patients. Hello All. I'm really new on the panel and I'm searching for help. In the last two weeks I have not been able to have a BM. My doctor gave me some samples of amitiza 24 mcg. I've been taken them 2 per day for the last 4 days - One at night and another in the A.M. With the 1st tablet I had a BM. I have not had another BM since. It doesn't seem that I'm having any normal digestive sounds or movements. I don't even have the urge to have a BM.

I have been on it for a year I cant go to the bathroom without taking it, but strangely enough only if I take it in the mornings does it seem to work if I take it with evening meals no BM, but if I take it with Breakfast seems to work, no chest pain or ill effects, but have overpowering urge to go but beats weeks of constipation, I praise the difference it has made for me.
