cheetah or zebra, you could do a butterfly theme, flower theme(like a tea garden theme) pink and hearts, rainbow theme, teddy bear theme, a diamond theme, lady bug, owl theme, ribbon&bow theme. ...anything girly would work.

You can find everything with the lion king and safari themes, Mickey you'll have to order, that was my theme at first and it's very hard..

You could always go with simple princess theme, or even do a frozen theme. A tangled theme, a snow white theme, ect. The easiest theme is simply going with pink colors and flowers.
