Ive never doughted him really but I know if I was to ask him to let me on his phone out of curiosity he would rather split up with me and that makes me feel like he is hiding something!!
Avatar m tn He engaged in all follow up tests and recent routine tests were all normal except his abdominal CT Scan showed some swelling in his bladder lining. All urine tests were normal - no signs of blood or infection...no sense of urgency to urinate or anything else unusual. Our history with our Internist has shown that she is a bit of a catastrophesizer and she said this could be bladder cancer so we need to see a Urologist which we plan to do.
Avatar f tn t stretch before doing any exercise routine! What I do is warm up by doing the routine with a light weight so the muscles get warmed up. What you should try is using a foam roller after your routines. The rollers come with directions.
Avatar m tn I have been sore right around both of my gluteus Maximus muscles since December. The muscle is very tight and seems to be restricting the movement of my lower lumbar. It's uncomfortable to sit even for short periods of time as there is a dull pain from my glutes down the back of my legs. I have been to a spinal PT and I temporarily felt better but not much. He focused only on my spine and said my movement was very limited for a 27 year old.

Avatar f tn s Health Total Workout in Ten! It is broken into ten minute segments- cardio, upper body, lower body and flexibility/balance. You can pick out the routine that you want to work on or do them all. It also gives an alternative set of exercises to do, actually demonstrated by one of the women on the dvd, that are not quite as strenuous. It was around $15 on amazon. I have also seen dvds specific to MS patients' needs. You might want to look at those, too.

For routine testing a doctor suggests or because they worry their partner cheated or they had sex with someone outside of their relationship and want to make sure they didn't catch anything. But she will probably get ticked off if you grill her as to why she's testing. So, don't do it and don't worry about it.
Avatar f tn Do u workout now? U can pretty much stay in the same routine u just will have to modify things as u get further along. U just don't want to start something new. I did a lot of swimming and cycling in the beginning of this pregnancy.
Avatar m tn I have flexibility issues in almost all of my joints (Knees, elbow, wrist, ankle). Coincidentally, all the joints in the right side of my body are worse. I cannot squat as the back of my feet cannot touch my butt, my hand cannot touch my shoulder, cannot do pushup as wrist will hurt a lot. I have done xrays but doctor said my xrays are fine. Went through physiotherapy but joints flexibility does not improve no matter how much i stretched.
Avatar m tn Usually the main predictors of aortic dissection are family history, aortic size, and aortic flexibility. For someone of your aortic size, I would take it easy. Try the ARB approach with a max or ultra-max high dosage (as long as your doctor lets you) and see if that reduces aortic size and aortic flexibility (the "pulse pressure" is one way to estimate the flexibility - Google it). If so, then perhaps you can talk to your doctor about athletics.
Avatar m tn I was just seeing if any experienced guys on here have a good routine for a beginner/intermediate like myself. I started doing a little of everything 3 times a week, then did arms/abs then chest/back/shoulders/legs twice a week (which took like 2 hours each time to where I was ready to pass out). I am thinking about trying to revamp my routine into a 4 day split with a day of cardio (as my off day). Maybe something like 1-arms, 2-legs, 3-chest/back, 4- shoulders- 5- run, then repeat.

It does call a small proportion of cases of non-gonococcal urethritis in men, presenting as local urethral discharge and discomfort on urination. (2) In men does Trich "go away" after a few weeks? Yes, in most men the infection appears to resolve spontaneously. (3) Is there any reliable Trich test for men IE Gen-Probe??? The GenProbe assay is highly reliable.
Avatar f tn I'm normally very active and have been for my entire life, I do heavy weight lifting and also have some injuries (ruptured discs in lower back, tailbone pain, and obvious anterior pelvic tilt). All of my muscles are very stiff and inflexible and are very tight and sore deep in the muscle. I sometimes feel spasms all over in my muscles.
Avatar m tn Hi, I am a 26 year old mal with normal blood pressure, an average resting heart rate of 70-75. Recently I had an echo done as a routine exam. While doing the echo and also after finishing it, the doctor who was reading the measurements out to the assistant told me that my readings were absolutely fine. In the report also, everything was fine except the last line which was like : normal systolic function diastolic dysfunction.
