In 2004 is when it started, I went to two rheumatologist, but the results show that I don’t have Rheumatoid arthritis. The doctor give me Meloxicam, sometimes it helps relieve the pain. I have to say that in 2004 I had a jaw surgery that was for a dental tooth crown and I had also dental braces for three years. My questions: 1) how do I find out what this is. 2) what can I do to relive the pain.
Look up psoriatic arthritis. It is an autoimmune disease that will cause issues with your tendons, causing tendonitus. My symptoms were very similar to what you described and I was just diagnosed with it (after twenty years of pain). Any problems with psoriasis? Or any family history? 85% of people have the skin disease first, but that does leave 15% of people (like me) who got the arthritis first (or the skin is so mild that it's barely there). Here's a good website that talks about it.
I have had symptoms for several years now and have seen many doc's with no real results I have been diagnosed with pernicious anemia psoriatic arthritis with absence of psoriasis. type 2 diabetes for which I am only on a strict diet. asthma and spondelitis of the upper spine im sure that is miss spelled. the joint closes to the nail on my pinky will no longer bend and have severe pain in my hands..
Please help. I have been sick for two years. I'm 22 years old. I have heterogeneous echotexture on my thyroid gland and normal T3, T4 and TSH readings (TSH: 3.77). I had low Vitamin D, which is now resolved by a 2000IU supplement, daily (PSH was normal: 2.7). I have menstrual spotting, a week after the end of each period. I have gained weight rapidly (20 pounds in the past 2 months). I have a lot of intense back pain, mostly in my neck, but also everywhere else.
I have many other things, psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, ANA tested positive for lupus, although all other lupus testing was negative. I suffer from fatigue, muscle and joint pain and swelling, weakness in wrists and ankles, which could be either thyroid or arthritis. Been tested for vasculitis and demylenating disease and all came back normal.
I deal with chronic pain from spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease in my lumbar and thoracic spine as well as Autoimmune Psoriatic Arthritis. I do not take narcotic pain medication. Ive had the cortisone injections in my back and left knee. I was prescribed all the different pain meds but eventually just prescribed myself Heroin. Its tough trying to manage chronic pain....if its not one part of the body its the other. If youve decided to stop the pain meds....detox is doable.
My neuro felt the risk out weighed the benefits, since I have such severe ReA. It is used to treat RA, psoriatic arthritis, juvenile RA and Ankoylosing Spondylitis. So if you think you have Lupus I would not take it. Do you have any redness in your face or rashes anywhere on your body?
Help! This just started happening in my left foot in the last couple of days. I am a 40 yr old mom of 3, extremely active, working out 3-4 times a week. This intermittent vibrating in my foot is very unnerving. Have you got any answers? Nothing hurts... so, it is hard for me to think it is a back problem.
He told me to use vanicream ( a prescription lotion that does not have dyes or perfumes) to try to help with any dry skin since I have some itching at all times. After I tan in a tanning bed the itching becomes unbearable and for the most art goes away after 7 days. It may be the meds because they are known to cause sensitivity but usually people burn easily or get rashes and I dont (I only burned that one day, but didnt itch). I was on the meds for over year before this started.
