ive had these weird rashes or pimples on my hairline in the upper forehead extending a little bit into my scalp, they kinda look like pimples but they're a little bit lighter in color.. and it kinda produces dandruff like stuff..

I also wear a showercap on some days as too not wet my hair as I heard that is good for clearing the dandruff. Nothing has worked. I have used many different anti-dandruff shampoo with no luck. My scalp is itchy and feels EXTREMELY dry but at the same time if I run fingers through my hair it feels oily. I have noticed that I have red pimples on my scalp too. They have no pus or anything like that just a red bump and when I scratch on it some skin peels off.
I've always dealt with dandruff in the winter, but I can't tell if the little white things in my hair are flakes or nits. I did the lice treatment, but nothing showed up when my hair was combed out. I have painful slightly itchy bumps and pimples on my scalp. I'm not insanely itchy, but I know you don't have to be super itchy to have lice. Please help my fiance. His symptoms: intermittent redness on tops of cheeks w/itchiness, intermittent dry red patches on forehead, intermittent redness on bridge of nose w/excessive oil production. m going off of what I vaguely remember lol. There are 3 causes for dandruff dry scalp, oily scalp, and a fungus. The condition of your scalp is what is going to tell u which treatment to use. One remedy is ad easy as shampooing everyday and using less conditioner on your scalp. You should also try using a clarifying shampoo and a moisturizing conditioner.
