Yea I was in the hospital at 33 weeks to and mine contractions were 6 minutes apart it helped me but it made me feel ugly my heart start beating fast my body felt shakey and now im 35 weeks 5days and im starting to get the pains again

I had this happen last week and I was having contractions and I didnt even know. I too am 33 wks.

I'm at 33w and having the same problems. Braxton Hicks, or practice contractions, don't really hurt. They're just uncomfortable. Those feel like a tightening in your stomach and then go away. With my first pregnancy, and this one, it's been trapped gas or just food disagreeing with me. You can try tums with gas relief or any other kind of gas relief medicine. That might help. Eating more mild foods could also help. Good luck and feel better.

At work, I have contractions about 10 to 15 minutes apart. I am a housekeeper at a hospital. I called my clinic and they told me to rest. I cant, I have to work. 33 weeks so far and also they want me to exercise because of gestational diabetes. Which brings on contractions. 7 contractions in 1 hour is too many. Has anyone else experienced this and what did your doctor say?

My friend had a baby at 33 weeks. Had to stay in an incinerator for a couple of weeks to finish development but the baby is 2 now, smart, and completely healthy.

So I've been having BH an pressure since Friday, last night I started to have real contractions an lots of painful pressure. Went for my check up today to find out I'm 1cm dilated! Been at l&d since noon. They are trying to stop the contractions so far its working! My Lil man needs to stay in there he has 7 weeks left to bake!

This time I lost most of it at 22w and the rest a week or two ago and I am now 34w having contractions and hoping to make it to 38w

What else causes contractions besides labor, I was at the hospital all day today contracting and they still sent me home... I'm currently still having them and idk what to do, how can I stop them or should I go to a different hospital??

same exact thing happened to me today, but my contractions are 2-3 minutes apart. they said the only reason I was being discharged was because they want me to labor longer at home.

Im 38 weeks +6 and I am having contractions all I feel is tightness of my belly and it doesnt hurt me im dilated to 4 and lost my plug. Some women have pain tolernce and dont feel it until it gets closer time.

Has anyone else dilated at 31wks. Because of severe dehydration I started having contractions and they checked my cervix and I was at 1cm.

I lost it at 31 weeks... currently I'm 33 weeks with on and off contractions.

A week ago I was admitted into the er with contractions that they had to give me medicine to stop them. Today (32 Weeks) I was blow drying my hair and kept feeling a pinch down below and when I went to the rest room to wrote there was a thick whitish yellowish string like discharge almost the consistency of scrambled eggs. Was this my mucous plug? It was not tinged with blood.

Well I went into my 33 week appointment today to find out im 1cm dilated and about 40%effaced. So I got my first round of steroids today and go in again tomorrow. Im kind of nervous I didnt have anything like this happen with my first pregnancy.
