I buy lactaid milk, but ice-cream and cheese kill me with the instant bloat/gas/belching/pain. So, What is a girl to do? To eat just Meat and Veggies and drink water would be do-able if only I could find Veggies that were on the "OK" list. So far that is Cauliflower. So a diet of Meat, Cauliflower and water? Doesn't seem very feasible to me :/ Any suggestions or comments would be much appreciated!!

But, there are many helpful supplements you can take as well - try L Glutamine, Magnesium Calm, and probiotic. These are all things that my Naturopath has encouraged. Either way - good luck, but know that it's not a quick and easy fix.

Do this for 7 days increasing the amount of clay that you take in each day. I have had a problem with peeling hands for years now, but I'm not sure what it is. Like many of you I've asked doctors but none of them seemed to know either, and said it was probably some form of excema. For years I thought a hot shower (the moisture) would help......omg.... I wish I knew that I was making it worse. Now I alwyas wear gloves when around soaps or hot water. I even rubberbanded trash bags to my arms in the shower during a bad episode to cover my arms as well.
I am on cipro right now which is definitely not an antibiotic prescribed for sinusitis, and dealing with some wicked dizzyness. you can go to www.melisa.org and find out about ordering the test yourself. They will tell you to get a materials specification list of the implants you have. I think I read somewhere that the lymphokine test is a more updated term for lymphocyte--maybe an orthopedic surgeon could help you. I didn't want to spend more time and money going to another surgeon to find this out, but maybe one who does joint replacement on a regular basis would be someone familiar with this kind of testing.

Please reply and describe what is going on with you if this describes you. I am actually convinced that we have an illness that is yet to be discovered.
At least now I know I can live with it. It doesn't control my life anymore. If you try it keep me posted and let me know how it works for you!
