i do have some on my penis, i didnt really connect the two and associated the bumps on my penis to dry skin.

Two days after that I still had those same symptoms but began getting red pimple sized bumps on the inside of my thighs. These patches of red bumps were not clusters but evenly spaced tightly together on both sides of my inner thighs starting where my scrotum touches them out the distance of the with of my hand. (so picture an area the size of the average man's hand filled evenly with these pimples/blisters)They don't itch but my scrotum still does.

I am confused, is it possible to have hsv1 and have neither genital or oral herpes? I have tingling on my scrotum mainly, and it is very bothersome. I have had random bumps on the head of my penis, very small and it did not cause any pain. My scrotum and penis head were very red at this moment. I have had no outbreaks yet or any blisters... I noticed the tingling at the end of august this year. My question is, do I have genital herpes?

The bumps are painless and i do have a history for folliculitis on my testicles, the area above my scrotum and on my neck from shaving. They do not look like the genital wart pictures that I have found on the internet. I also have a history of psoriasis on my legs, stomach, and scrotum and it could be affecting my testicles as well. I am uploading some pictures so you guys can help.

I have 1 bump on the right side of the scrotum and 2 on the left side that are the same size as the hair follicle bumps but are perfectly round. They are itchy to the touch but not painfull. Not sure how long they've been there, but I think I noticed something similar to this before the possible exposure in a different spot. Ingrown hairs? What do those look like? Last night I discovered a small, flesh colored bump on my scrotum. Its in a very difficult to see spot slightly closer to my right thigh, but far back close to where the scrotum leads to the anus. I feel no burning sensation or pain, even when urinating. I have no other symptoms besides feeling some of friction when the skin on my scrotum rubs against my inner thighs, which is helped by applying lotion to the area.

I also no that in the middle of my scrotum where the line of skin goes down, in the middle I always had a little bit of extra skin. Also my scrotum is covered with bumps which are just natural. What has made me nervous is in that region where there is extra skin, a day or so after shaving I noticed a bump, and it seemed a little hard, so I picked at it, and now it is just open skin. When soap gets over it, it starts to burn very badly.

Goldbond and lotrimin have almost completely gotten rid of the redness in a week or so... I just noticed 3-4 really small pimple like bumps on my scrotum with what appears to be whiteheads. Around the same time I notice one, medium sized, pimple on my scrotum filled with a white yellowish substance. Over time other little small liquid filled bumps appered on my scrotum. Worrying that it might be more than contagioaum or a cyst I scheduled a doctor appointment for an STD test. While there my doctor ordered and herpes test along side the standard std test after seeing the pimples. The good news, I tested negative for HIV and the other test, but came back positive for HSV 1 genital.

i then noticed a few pearly looking bumps about the same time on the front side of my shaft, i tried to pop these as well but they arent filled with anything and end up leaving a red sore so i stopped. i do have one near the head of my penis though that is irritating, its in the soft part of my skin and when erect during sex can end up being uncomfortable at times, when i touch it, it feels a bit sore and one time the skin around the bump seemed to become dry and irritated, maybe from sex.
