Bumps on scrotum

Common Questions and Answers about Bumps on scrotum

bumps

Welcome to the forum. I'd like to help, but you don't provide nearly enough information. Most STDs don't cause red bumps or "red irritatated skin" on the scrotum; based on that minimal information, I would guess a non-STD problem like folliculitis or jock itch. If you'll say more about it, perhaps I'll have additional advice. Or just see your doctor.
Hi. I have 4 bumps on my scrotum, one on the side of one testicle (my left) and three on the other(my right). They are about the size of a pimple. They've been there for about 4-6 weeks. I had a couple of whitehead looking ones on my left thigh near my srotum and another about 1/4" to the left of my penis but scratched them off which lead to minor bleeding. I had similar ones above the shaft a couple months ago and scratched them off as well.. looked like little warts.
5 weeks ago, I started an exercise regimen and took ephedrine to loose about 10 to 15 lbs. Almost 3 weeks ago, 3 small red bumps appeared on my scrotum near the base of my penis and I immediately quit using the ephedrine. Two to 3 days later, my lymph nodes in my groin became tender and this lasted about 3 to 4 days. About the same time that the pain in the groin went away, my testicals became sore (like someone kicked me an hour beforehand).
I have 1 bump on the right side of the scrotum and 2 on the left side that are the same size as the hair follicle bumps but are perfectly round. They are itchy to the touch but not painfull. Not sure how long they've been there, but I think I noticed something similar to this before the possible exposure in a different spot. Ingrown hairs? What do those look like? Could they be follicle bumps that had the hair pulled out or the hair fell out?
I keep getting bumps on my scrotum. Is this related to my herpes? They are very painful. Are these consider lesions?
I'm an 18 year old male, and I have a few concerns about two white bumps on my scrotum. One has recently gotten bigger, and they occasionally itch and it hurts if pressure is applied. I've been sexually active with only one person so I don't think it's an std, but I'm still worried .. Would anyone be able to tell me what it is?
For the past 8 months Ive noticed a cluster of about a dozen what look like pimples or whiteheads on my scrotum. These bumps can be popped and have a thick white discharge followed by a little blood but they do not go away. Is it possible that these are genital herpes even tho there is not discharge or scabbing or discomfort? Thanks for the insight in advance.
but for a few months i have noticed small bumps on my scrotum. they are poppable. except for one. should I be worried what should i do?!
Hello, I am quite worried as I have these bumps on my scrotum, I have had them since I can remember and they cause itchiness and in some cases the lump get really painful and fill with puss just like a spot, with a bit of force they can burst. I have had only one sexual partner and I am pretty sure they are not an STI of any kind, but I would really like to get rid of them as they are embarrassing. I'm 20 years old. Here is two photos I took today: http://s8.postimage.
I recently have noticed two small (half BB size) bumps on my lower scrotum. They bumps are smooth and round and have what feels like a small seed inside them. The bump is only on the skin of the scrotum and can be pinched between the skin. Can this be Genital Warts (HPV)? HPV was not something that I had been worried about before but I read that they can have an incubation period of up to 9 months! Thank you for your help!
but from the quick glance of information on fordyce's spots that i took, i didnt see anything about it occuring on the scrotum, and the bumps on my scrotum seem to be bigger then all the bumps in the pictures that ive seen of fordyce's spots
i took the treatment of scabies and successfully eradicated the ich and bumps on my body bt the bumps on my scrotum are still not cured ... evry mark of body has gone.. bt the bumps on my scrotum are still there and they still feel itchy after 2 months of curing scabies on any other part.these bumps are not ready to get cured at all. any suggestions?
Sometimes I would grab something extremely cold and place it on my balls to cool it down. Then it goes away. But the lumps dont seem to go away and a few look pretty big. Honestly im scared dont know what too do.
They began as small, fluid-filled bumps with a red ring, and now they are larger, hard bumps, that also will bleed. One of the bumps on my scrotum seemed to eventually grow to 4-5mm and soften, then it crusted over and subsided. So that seems to be its natural course, but still more are appearing and the problem is persistent. I haven't had sex in about 5 months, and I was tested for syphilis, chlamydia, and gonnorhea since then, and came up negative.
I have some small little painless bumps on my scrotum in bunches of 5-8 some are very small and some are just small, why r they there u think??
I have 3 small white raised bumps on my scrotum. They are in the shape of sphere not a circle. They are not hard like cysts, they don't cause pain, they don't spread, and they do not itch. I've had them for about 8 years now. I've scraped the top layer off the bumps before and its just red underneath. There's no puss or anything else inside. Scraping the top layer off is literally the same as if you were to scrape your arm on concrete.
I have been having these red bumps under my scrotum area for years now. These red bumps or bubble shape filled with blood only appears on the skin area and not beneath it. It looks similar to molluscum contagiosum but much more blood filled. It doesnt hurt, itch, or breaks out in pus. I tried popping them but once i popped them its just blood that oozes out. So I figured its nothing to worry about. But its been years now, the red bumps doesnt seem to go away.
