brown discharge on yaz

m scared the brown discharge is implantation bleeding!? Please make me feel better. I heard yaz makes people skip periods and stuff but i'm just freaking out! I took my pills everyday I thought I'd be fine... I'm just hoping that i'm freaking myself out because I am too scared to go to a center and take a real test. Help!

Could this be implantation or regular spotting while on Yaz? I have also been having diarrhea since the day before i had brown discharge. Could this be the cause of the spotting?

i had a little for the first time before my last period and then now i havent had my period for a week and a half and i got the the same thing but more now im on the generic version of yaz and it says there could be spotting is that blood with regular discharge or and infection? should i be worried?

I started spotting around 2 weeks before my next period and its lasted about a week now. Its a brown discharge like color sometimes with little red blood and very small clots. I have tiny cramps sometimes. Is this normal? Why is this happening? Sometimes its heavy and I need a pad, and sometimes I just need a panty liner. This is really starting to weird me out and it getting annoying. I have read some other posts like mine and I really just need reassurance.. Can anyone PLEASE PLEASE help me?

Also along with my bleeding I had light brown discharge with no odor, my period has stopped but the brown discharge is continuing..is this normal? or is there something wrong?

hey my sister took yaz for 3 months and she had bad side effects, unable to get out of the bed due to having very bad stomach pains that pepto bismo would only ease the pain for a few minutes. she had to get several tests done because of all the pain she was in, she is currently going through a lawsuit with yaz because of what it has done to her.

Week ago I spotted red blood with clots - this lasted for two days, now back to dark brown discharge. I went off the pill Yaz in October last year as this was causing migraines. Once i was off the pill my period stopped and only came back this month in the new year. While having this light brown period I have had no period cramps at all, slight breast sensitivity-now there is none. Can someone please give me an idea on what this is & any suggestions. I'm not sure what could be going on. Usually dark or brown blood is old blood. Can you get in to see your Gynecologist? This could be cause from the pill you're on.

ve always taken it for a few months, then stopped. I started YAZ about 6 months ago and only lasted about 2 months on it before quitting (my face broke out, i hated the way it made me feel,etc). At my most recent Gynecology visit about 3 months ago, I told my gynecologist that I had quit taking the YAZ. She was upset and said expressed how important it is for me to have a period each month. She prescribed to another birth control to try out to see if I respond to better.

Hi. So Ive been having brown discharge for 2 weeks and Im not sure why. I was on my period right before and after about 5 or 6 days, I notices the blood wasn't red anymore. It had turned brown. It has been 7 days since my last Provera and still no period. This is my 3rd month of taking Provera and in the previous months I started my period on days 8 and days 11 while taking the provera. I take 1 pill for 10days. I noticed brown discharge like I'm about to start yesterday but that has currently stopped. I am having lower back pain, cramping and a mild headache. i repeat do not get yasmin. the brown isnt really old blood its just discharge before your actuall period starts. Not only that but talk to your doctor tomrrow or call your gyn. But listen to me you do not want yasmin!!! ask ur gyn about it!!!

Hi. I am 39 today & mom to an 8 1/2 yr old daughter. Have been on Yaz for about a year. I may not take it at the same time but daily. Had light spotting/period 3/3 then new pack that Sat(3/5). Sex 3/14 & 3/15. I got my regular period(or so i think) about a week after that(on time) but it was a little lighter that usual but same length of time. The next month I got my period on time as well.

I've not had any problems with Yaz or Loestrin 24. I'm on Loestrin right now because Yaz made me pretty low emotionally. However, I think because they are so low dose pills, they shouldn't cause such a problem. I've heard bad thinkgs about Seasonal/ique, though. I dunno. I take Loestrin continiously and haven't had an issue, I don't see why you would bother with a pill specifically marketed as "less periods" when you can have them with any.
