There are "trackers" on the profile page. You can keep track of your blood count levels on the Complete Blood Count tracker and you can keep track of your viral loads as well as your AST, ALT, Bilirubin, and Albumin on your Hepatitis C tracker. There is a place on those thrackers towards the bottom where you can also put in side effects of treatment. To get to the trackers hover over "My Med Help." Then click on "Trackers.
Avatar n tn Are there any chart available for conversion of sugar numbers from mg dl to mmol?
Avatar m tn Go to Microsoft Templates. In the search box there, just type in "blood sugar" and a bunch of spreadsheets, trackers, and charts will pop up. I found several good one's there and have been using ever since. But the one here at this site works ok too. I don't access my internet all the time so its handy to have it on a spreadsheet for me.
Avatar m tn Would checking your blood sugar level 3 hours after a meal be considered "BEFORE" OR "AFTER" a Meal.
577285 tn?1706032371 Blood Sugar Tracker for us diabetic's out there please. It would be an invaluable tool for us to track this VITAL READING. Not only could it be based on those little log books that we all gotta carry around getting all dog eared and full of blood stains as well as getting more expensive to buy , but we could easily make a copy and bring the professional looking and easy to read Chart / Tracker to our Doctors.
Avatar n tn I then convert the beat interval into beats per minute and plot the bpm value against time on an excel chart. I have recorded some interesting patterns. In one recording event, I changed my position every 5 minutes in sequence and recorded the following heart rate pattern: (1) sitting in a chair – bmp goes up and down from 50 to 25, (2) lying on the floor – bmp varies from 48 to 51, (3) sitting in a chair again – bmp same as in (1), and (4) standing up still – bmp varies between 60 and 70.
Avatar f tn If blood sugar levels are off(diabetes can develop at any age) or being anemia. As stated above you should really be seen by a doctor who can view your health history and get some lab tests to make sure that you are alright.
Avatar n tn Frequent urination can also sometimes be due to high sugar levels in the blood and an HbA1C blood test would give the average blood sugar levels in your body over a period of 3 months. Because you have physical symptoms and your doctor has not found the cause, you need further investigation by a urologist. If you have not had your prostate examined, that too should be done. Make an urgent appointment to see your doctor and ask for an urgent referral to see a urologist.
Avatar n tn To use the tracker you will have to follow the instruction guide. In some instruments your monitor may show two readings at a time. Most trackers give one reading at a time, and you need to follow the recordings one by one. Usually most trackers give the time and date. However, if you are not able to follow the instructions, you can manually record it on a paper by date/morning/evening reading. Hope this helps. Take care!

Avatar n tn My mother was just diagnosed with type 1, she is having issues keeping her blood sugar down. She's a very small and petite woman and is having trouble planning meals and keeping her blood sugar down. Especially having trouble with her snacks before bedtime. Any help would be very much appreciated!!
Avatar f tn Anything with carbs is going to spike your blood sugar. If your trying to stabilize blood sugar, I would recommend eating lots of protein and vegetables. As for carbs, choose the healthy carbs or brown rice and more slow digesting carbs. That way your blood sugar won't rise as high or fast. I'm type 1 diabetic and pregnant, so u have been testing blood sugar like crazy for a good amount of my life.

Avatar f tn d probably get it checked in another 6 months to see where you are at. This article may help you understand how blood sugar can fluctuate and when it is normal. https://www.mayoclinic.
Avatar f tn At 72, I've never had any doctor address anything regarding an elevated blood sugar level from bloodwork done every 6 months! Had bloodwork done 2 weeks ago, my blood sugar level is 133...how do I deal with this? What has caused this? Doctor is concerned, not frantic about this today, but I am alarmed.
Avatar f tn It really depends if u need insulin or pills, if you cant control your blood sugar then you take pills if your blood sugar is not high. But if normally your fasting numbers are high then thats why they put you on insulin. I have a coworker that went straight to insulin and shes a diabetic now but her numbers were crazy high like in the 500 when she did the glucose test. The doc just prob know that pills wont help you.
Avatar f tn Hypoglycemia/ low blood sugar would be considered blood sugar levels less than about 70. Your result of 103 is normal, not hypoglycemia. It is likely that your symptoms may be from other causes. Sometimes headaches can be a sign of not drinking enough - so a glass of water and a few minutes to relax / be quiet - may help a lot. Hope this helps.
Avatar n tn In general, if your blood sugar level is below 100 mg / dL after fasting for at least 8 to 10 hours, then your blood sugar is normal. Blood sugar levels are usually lowest before each meal.
Avatar m tn HI 48 year old male, 5 feet 8 inches. 164 lbs. Recently had blood test , Blood sugar came back 128m/dl. Doctor has not recommended any medicines . He suggested to exercise and control the diet. Day before the test had a pasta lunch with cola and small pasta fried fish dinner with 2 drinks(alcoholic). dinner complete at 9.00pm. Also had a antidepressant for sleep. Went the next morning for test around 8.am. Is it possible for my test to be wrong given the previous days gluttony.
