Indeed, my husband has been very supportive..he is working very hard to maintain his blood sugar
level.. he has given up all kinds of fried food and now he only eats veggies, grains and fruits..checks every food labels before he buys..insead of salad dressing I use
I use lemon juice and salt for salads..
He eats veggies like onion, tomato, squash, peas, yam, okra, spinach etc. And, fruits like apple, pear, orange, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries in very small potion sizes..
