Yea my moms always saying stuff like that too. She's done it with both my pregnancys. I think its just and old school way of thinking in my opinion. I was told not yo raise my arms above my head,not to squat, not to bend at all. But I did it with my first pregnancy and I'm doing all the same things with this one. I never had anu issues.

I admit I have a drinking problem but as soon as I found out I was preggo everything down the drain except for a sip of champagne at my wedding with my first and I felt incredibly guilty.
