Avatar n tn Till I spend 5000$ on treatment only.On the first stage of non union I requested him to refer me any western countries as I am capable to spend 20000$ just to be recovered but he did not insted he surguried again and again........Getting money and being Handicapped through out the life although the treatment is possible in Next part of world i could not do the proper treatment too,It might be because of being a CITIZEN of thirld world.............
973741 tn?1342342773 That was in the early 2000s, and I still like the idea of doing yoga every day, but I have fallen way off the yoga wagon and my one attempt to get back on this year ended with my back feeling sore from a pose that I knew was probably a bad idea (it was on an Adidas yoga for runners Youtube video and I did it anyway, even though I knew better).

The majority of my parents friends were union and the majority of my friends that still live there are union shop people. All of my union friends expect me to have some kind of allegiance to union shops because I was raised on union money. I don't get that.... My grandfather was a union employee and he told me that it was the only way that he could keep work, back in those days.

Avatar n tn My ferritin level low was 2 but at the time my hemoglobin level was still 11. They have done all kinds of tests on me without finding a reason...except that I have taken a proton pump inhibitor, Nexium, Prilosec for the last 4 or 5 years and I feel that it effects how much iron I absorb. I am not able to to take an oral iron supplement because it brings my heartburn on...I have had three iron infusions in the last year and a half.
Avatar f tn There are certain things you can't do in a regular yoga class, but it depends on how far along you are. You can do everything through your first Trimester. Starting with your second Trimester you can't be laying on you belly or doing cross body twists. As soon as you get a bump going you should not be laying flat on your back because it will restrict blood flow. Be very careful standing up and if you start to get hot or dizzy take a break. Tell the instructor you are pregnant.
Avatar n tn I do basic yoga asana (asana means that it is less cardio more posture and stretching) since the beginning of my pregnancy. I will be 35 weeks on Tuesday and it relieve my minor pains (hips, pelvic, lower back, buttocks and thighs). It also help to have a good posture and strengthen your core muscles for birth and baby position. It is great to take that time for you to relax. Sincerely, yoga is a revelation for me.

Avatar f tn I do some yoga. I tend not to do an entire program but I do use some poses and occasionally pop on my prenatal yoga CD for a bit. I enjoy cat/cow and tree pose and downward facing dog and child's pose a lot. Hip rolls and torso twists. Also do some modified planks now. I really fell off of my exercise regimen after getting pregnant but I do try to at least stretch every day, do a touch of yoga, and do some leg and arm lifts and curls with light weights.
