Hepatic Impairment
In volunteers with hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh Class A and B), sildenafil clearance was reduced, resulting in higher plasma exposure of sildenafil (47% for Cmax and 85% for AUC). The pharmacokinetics of sildenafil in patients with severely impaired hepatic function (Child-Pugh Class C) have not been studied. A starting dose of 25 mg should be considered in patients with any degree of hepatic impairment [see Dosage and Administration (2.5) and Clinical Pharmacology (12.3)].
What is the maximum mg dosage of SILDENAFIL CITRATE a heart-healthy, very physically fit (20 mile bike rides) 64 year old can safely take?
My doctor told me the delayed ejaculation is common with 50 mg dosage of Sildenafil and he said that Sildenafil 25 mg should be adequate and will not lead to delayed ejaculation.
I don't smoke and have no other major health problems. Is it useful to have intercourse 3-4 hours after taking the pill (25 mg), to slightly reduce the effect of the pill on ejaculation ?

It has worked for some guys to restore function. One well-known one is ‘Gaineswave’ but there are others, they're fairly expensive. There's also a home-use device calked ‘Phoenix’, it allows you to treat yourself at home, its not cheap but still way cheaper than the treatments at ED clinics. You may also want to try addressing the BP issue, some BP meds worsen erectile function, but there are a couple that might actually help a little, so talk to your Dr. about it.
A condition called NAION has been linked to all of the erectile disfunction drugs. If this is what is diognosed by your M. D, then do a search for NAION to find much more information.

I am 83 and take Sildenafil once a week before breakfast and sex. I usually have an upset stomach for 1-2 hours after. It's the price I pay for sex.
Viagra(Sildenafil) is a vasodilator (that is, a drug that dilates blood vessels), and consequently it lowers the systolic blood pressure (the "top" number in blood pressure measurements) by an average of 8 mmHg. In the majority of patients with heart disease, including most of those being treated with antihypertensive drugs, this is not a problem.
I am a 16 male and have very weak / no orgasms (this includes when masturbating), however, i used to orgasm in the past. I was wondering if there is a way this can be sorted out and what the reason for it is.

The second option is some chiropractic actions for this issue. There are some relatively new things a chiropractor and some Physical Therapists can do. The third is fusing, which will keep disc in place. Yes I agree, metal would be the very last resort and expect continued discomfort.
If you pinpoint a medication that you cannot remove I suggest giving Viagra a try.
What meds do you currently take? That can contribute. And a huge reason for impotence is our own mind. Psychological issues can compound the problem. ED drugs do work for impotence. Do you see a urologist? I think that would be a good idea in your situation with your history. Getting you to have an erection again is important and your doctor will take that seriously. So, is seeing one a possibility?
She has had severe gas problems even before she started Sildenafil and currenlty she is taking drokin , flunil and happi which is an antacid there is relief but the pian comes back ...
the pain is majorly in the upper abdomen along with a tight feeling and sometimes in the right side!!

Like most on this forum, I feel guilt for not having caught this sooner. The side affects of taking the sildenafil are similar to symptoms of renal failure so I fear that we may have lost a couple of months without realizing it.
I know that given all of his health issues my little guys prognosis is not great. But now I am at the point where I start to wonder where to go from here.
I have seen one doctor urologist and he suggeseted one test Office Sildenafil Test. Its not available at India. The main problem is I am getting erection while masterbating but after that I cannot. Even I used to go 3-4 times before back to back now that is also not happening.
