While trying to wean down I would up your vitamins. There is something called a Thomas Recipe but that is for narcotics,so not sure if it would work for you. Your muscles may need more magnesium than normal. Taking Epsom salt baths would help as well. Lots and lots of water. Short walks every day. Were you taking for muscle cramps?

My neurologist just gave me some samples of Amrix, a time relased form of Cyclobenzaprine Hydrocholoride. He prescribed it for the pain and limited range of motion caused by tight neck muscles that didn't respond to stretching excersises. This is day two and I find it a remarkable improvement. I take it once a day in the evening and it seems the main sleepiness side effect is over while I sleep while the benefits remain the next day.
My new doctor prescribed me Cyclobenzaprine for my muscles spams but I take celexa on my regular basis. I remember he told me to be careful in no combining those two. Tonight, I took my celexa around 1am. At 3:55am, I forgot I took the celexa and I took Cyclobenzaprine. Do you think is something I should be worry? I looked online about the drug interaction and they say could be deadly. I am very worry. Any advice of what I can do? Do I gonna be okay?
I have used it is the past as a muscle relaxant and found it fairly effect. However it was not as effective as cyclobenzaprine (Flexeril) for muscle spasms. Frequent warm baths go hand and hand with these drugs, at least in my humble opinion.

Tingling in hands and feet and muscle twitches is a side effect of Cyclobenzaprine. It may be aggravated due to prolonged sitting in a position for a long time. You have gone for MRI of the neck. Please go for an MRI of the entire spine. There could be a nerve compression in the lumbar region caused by improper posture or prolonged sitting. I am on a roll this morning with the questions, as I have had a rough week or so.
Like most I have always had general back pain I had several surgeries a few years ago where I was in the hospital 2 weeks with gallstones that dissolved and part of the sludge entered my pancreas that ate a hole through it causing 10 litters of fluid to build up behind my lungs. They basically cut me sternum to spine that & used a rib splitter. it causes pain under my breast still. Then last year was in a car accident that caused bulging discs to hit nerves in my lumbar and cervical.
Do you have a prescription for the Cyclobenzaprine? I would look for it and be ready to share it with your potential employer. Also, I would ask them what they found. Are you sure there isn't something you are leaving out? As long as you have a prescription for it you should be safe. It's illegal for them to discriminate against a legal medication that is prescribed by a doctor.
Actually, gabapentin is used for anxiety, in higher doses than those used for nerve pain. It's off-label, of course, but isn't everything these days? I only know this because my psychiatrist is considering it for my anxiety, and that forced me to research it, otherwise I'd be clueless. How well it works is another matter. But heart rate isn't causing your anxiety here.
