Idk what is in the pills you are talking about but if it doesnt have dha/epa i would suggest going ahead and taking actual prenatal vitamins. Dha is to help with brain development.

Okay so my current prenatal vitamin does not have Dha in it...is it possible for me to take a Dha vitamin in conjunction with my prenatal vitamin?...if so what is a good brand to take?

I just take a prenatal multivitamin by Nature Made that has DHA in it. It's nice because it's all in one capsule. I also take an extra folic acid also by nature made.

I take generic cvs pills and no fish oil because I throw it right back up. But would it hurt to take two or one and a half instead of one?

m also taking the Enfamil DHA (got sample from dr), but I think it is messing with my stomach. Has ne one else had this problem?

my prenatal gummies have dha in them as well as folic acid. im not sure what it is but i told my doc that i was taking them and she said it was good.

I know California Natural has omega 3's in it. You have to buy it at specialty stores. Grocery stores don't carry it.

During the ultrasound the tech spent alot of time getting pictures of his head/brain My Dr called saying His Ventricle chamber has swelling?? So we have another schedule to check again... To see if it has gone or gets worse. I pray it goes away I never expected something like this. I'm sure no one does. "So many questions?" What can I do to help him? I'm confused about something.....my fertility doctor prescribed Citranatal DHA, but i saw the ingredients in it and it has most of the fish that you shouldn't have once you're pregnant. I'm taking One a Day or a generic of it. It comes with with a multivitamin and a DHA/EPA gel capsule.

I take one a day and it has the pill plus the dha pill...I never know the benefits lol...I just chose that brand because it was easy for of to take and didn't make of sick....but you can get some otc ones and take them..its good for your hair and skin lol...
