i had my first period 28days later,the next one 33 days later,very bad cramps,vomiting and very sick both times. It has now been 39 days since my last period,still no sign of it and im wondering should I take a pregnancy test or is my period just delayed because of hormon imbalance? Ohkay, so I ussually start my period at the begining of the month. Always before the 5th, my period is normal its only been a day late before one time . if you stop bleeding really early take another test but if you were 14 days late your pregnancy test would have showed up positive. i was only 2 weeks late and mine was positive.

You have taken a test which has said negative and it wasnt too early when you took it as you was already late for your period. Stress can make you late for you periods and because you are worrying that you are pregnant this could be delaying your period. If you havent come on by next week i would re-test or go to see your GP.

If you miss your periods then you can test 1 week- 10 days after you miss your periods or you can test for pregnancy by a highly sensitive pregnancy test 10 days post ovulation with a sensitive ( 20 - 25 mIU ) pregnancy test. Also I would suggest you to get your serum HCG levels estimated since this is more specific than urine for pregnancy tests. The HCG (it is a hormone) levels rise only in pregnancy and its presence will confirm the status of your pregnancy. I hope it helps.

You need to contact your OB. Vomiting and diarrhea can cause dehydration which is bad in pregnancy. Please make sure to check in with the doctor and drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated.

Hey ladies has anyone not gotten a positive urine test until further along? I am 10 days late on my period meaning I would be 5 weeks 5 days pregnant in a few hours and I haven't gotten a positive yet. Plenty of symptoms though (nausea, vomiting, increased appetite and urination, headaches, spotting one day only a week or so post ovulation.) I really don't know what to think at this point. My period is usually very regular.

t gotten my period for 54 days i get dark brown spotting and once in a while i get light spotting of blood but it goes away for a very long time im not showing any signs of pregnancy like vomiting increase thirst or running to the bathroom my period is never this late but i also weigh 280 pounds could my weight be a factor in changes in my period not coming and could i be pregnant
