Symptons are always have been cold, tired, joint and muscle pain worse in fingers, I took Vioxx before it was removed , high blood pressure , tinnitus, completely deaf over 2,500 cycles in both ears. I had a DVT that went through my heart and into my lungs(PE).
A valve was damaged, also one chanber of my heart.
My problem is that I wasn't diagnosed as a "heart attack", but rather a "pulmonary embolism", and the lawyers representing me in my vioxx lawsuit say it has to be a heart attack, not a PE.
Isn't a heart attack part of a PE? Rather, did I suffer a heart attack as well as a pulmonary embolism?

I was given vioxx years ago, read the warnings about heart attacks and such, and threw them all in the trash! Not much later it was pulled from the market. If I lost a loved one, $$ isn't going to bring the back anyway, it's all stupid. If I do myself in, I guess I will come back and haunt the manufacturers....BOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...........
Is it common for the dentist to demand payment for the crown before he'll do the final cement? It is an outrageous $875. He should have told me that before beginning the work. The temporary crown broke. I'm laid off from surgery and my wife lost her job. We have been making payments of $100/month, but he won't do anything (not even a cleaning for either of us) until the bill is paid in full.

Hi. This is not something you can leave. Disc issues are extremely painful and, unless it is dealt with immediately, more damage will occur. Beg or borrow money from your family or friends, sell something to raise the cash or look up an animal charity to help. Also, ask the vet if they'll be happy for payments to be made by instalments. Anti-inflammatory drugs are likely to be needed as an interim measure, assuming the cause is a trauma.
his ex warned him to never have kids with me or else she will make the payments go up... does she have power to do that? in pa wont his supports payments be reduced if he and i have a child? im so stressed about this girl.. i dont want to get involved but my income alone will not support us!!!
The doc was the hardest bc she required the payments to be finished before delivery so my payments were high with her but everywhere else let me set my own payments. My daughter will be two next month and I've still got a year before I'll have the hospital bill paid off but i have the ultrasound and all the lab work paid off.
