How do I joined the class action suit against Victoria Secret for these rashes from the "Sexy" bras which I loved and brought 2 at once the week they came out with them? I knew it was the bras that I had recently purchased as I alternated between other types of VS bras that didn't do it. I always thought it was the dye in the bras and that's what I told my doctor who prescribed anti fungus medication. Formaldyhyde would be the last thing I would think.
What are the odds of those of us that are suffering from from tooth decay and paying outrageously for doctors appointments, prescriptions, and now dentists and dental bills, what do we need or have to do to begin a class action lawsuit? Four members of my family have been on subutex for about 6 years some for general pain and some for addiction and we all have the same issues with decaying teeth and such. Our doctor has no means of tapering us off but we all have started ourselves.

Wow! I can't believe I stumbled on this information. I have been going crazy for the past 6 months trying to figure out why my breasts have had a rash, they are constantly itchy and blotchy. I just figureed it was dry skin, new detergent, cream...trying everything, but nothing worked. How horrifying to find out there may be formaldehyde in the bras. I've never been part of a class action lawsuit, but I will definitely participate in this one if it comes to fruition....

It appears to be a web site to help attorneys soliciting cases to help with their class action suits against device companies. Attorneys will make money. Patients won't benifit much in my opinion. Those individuals with a legitimate claim will be served by the usual medical legal process and not by an attempt to collect money from companies with class action suits. This answer represents my opinion and in no way reflects Medhelp in any way.
But this time I am going to ask the GP to try for Gout immediately (VIOXX and/or Allopurinol for Uric Acid/Gout). I notice it seems to reoccur every 5 years.

Can you tell me if the Tram Flap Reconstruction problems that I hear about all over the internet be associated with the Pelvic Mesh class action lawsuit. Thousands of women have gone through the same kind of injuries and side effects as the women who have undergone the Hernia Mesh, Transvaginal Mesh, and Abdominal Mesh surgical procedure.
This reconstruction has put women lives in danger and should be label an extreme danger to women lives.

Symptons are always have been cold, tired, joint and muscle pain worse in fingers, I took Vioxx before it was removed , high blood pressure , tinnitus, completely deaf over 2,500 cycles in both ears.
