they said it is the anti-inflammatory effect (and not the blood thinning effect) of aspirin that may help with women ttc. though some women think it is the increase blood flow to the ovaries and uterus that makes aspirin helpful. the study concluded that there is no big difference in women ttc who are taking aspirin (vs not taking aspirin) with chances of miscarriage.
BUT, in my opinion... even though the study showed it didn't help... they didn't say it hurt.

Though Viagra has no specific side effects pertaining to MS, it is only advised to use the medication if advised by a medical doctor and only under the prescribed doses. Unnecessary self-medication is more harmful than useful in most cases and is best avoided.

Question is, I use Viagra and poppers (not at the same time obviously) for more than 15 years. Are they still save to use? Cos as far as I know they both can lower blood pressure but pressure and blood circulation as well as heart are all perfect.

The only medication he now has to take is Cartia which is a blood pressure medicine and low dose aspirin. He is 64 years old and in good health. Would taking one of the drugs to treat ED, like Viagra or Cialis be harmful to him?

Viagra is intended to assist men in getting and maintaining an erection. It doesn't seem likely that this would be a good idea for everyday use, and it's also not intended to be used as a daily medication.

I have this problem of going soft right in the middle of the performance. I used to be great earlier, may be age is catching up. I understand that Viagra is good option but I have this fear of side effects (may be unfounded but still a fear), and I have history of drug reactions.

Since then I have taken it when I hooked up with a girl in anticipation of sex( i was put on viagra around 2 months ago) and for whatever reason, to be fair not my own doing, I have not got to a situation to have sex (eg she had work early, no place to go, etc). Try to help him with that. His penis retraction has nothing to do with his drinking problem. Does he get morning erections or at other times? You don't mention his age. He should avoid Viagra at this time and consider other options. If he is overweight, that can give the appearance of penis retraction.

I can't second guess your physician; however, I'd be very careful with Viagra and high blood pressure. There are no herbal supplements that are effective. None have been certified as such by the FDA.
As to why you're sometimes having erections and sometimes not: blood pressure highly affects blood flow to your penis, and that's what creates an erection. So if there's any medical condition that inhibits blood flow, this will affect your erection.
I'm a 23 year old male who has always seemed to have issues with getting and staying hard. Even when masturbating in my young teens I didn't get great erections. Recently I used some viagra two hours before an encounter with my date. I started drinking after the taking the Viagra. Viagra will prolong your erection but I’ll suggest you to consult your physician before starting on Viagra and rule out certain important diseases like hypertension, coronary artery disease before starting on Viagra. Viagra can cause hypotension (low BP) and can tend to worsen hypertension and coronary artery disease.
