I recently started taking sildenafil (viagra) and I am experiencing some vision issues. It's been about a week since I last took a 40mg dose and I'm still seeing little starry patterns as though I've been pressing on my eyes. Is this normal? I've read that viagra can cause blindness in some people and don't want to mess up my vision. Should I stop taking it? And if so, what would be an alternative?

After 1 week on this dosage, we called the vet as side effects were really awful. He suggested that we half the dose which we did do. He seems a bit better, but is still very disoriented and is urinating in the house. He also seems to be bumping into things and reading other posts, some owners have mentioned blindness. Is this a side effect of pb, and if so will it go away?another concern is our vet is waiting one month before doing blood work. Should we have this done sooner?
There can be sexual side effects with SSRIs like Lexapro. I have never taken Viagra, so I would not be able to really share an experience with it. Taking an SSRI, usually does have some side effects and the benefits often have to be weighed with them. You need to contact your doctor about this right away. This is not one of the "common" side effects of Zoloft. It isn't necessarily anything serious, and I've never heard of Zoloft causing blindness, but it is something you need to let your doc know about. Wait until you talk to your doctor before taking anymore Zoloft.

About two weeks ago I attended 2 concerts a couple of days apart. After that my ears felt normal for a week. A little over a week after the concert my tinnitus got louder. It seemed to go up slowly but noticeably over the week. I also take Viagra (about a week after the concert) and have had bronchitis recently. I know Viagra sometimes causes side effects in the head, I've had a stuffy head and bad taste in my mouth after taking Viagra in the past.

re doing fine mentally is malpractice. Antidepressants have a lot of side effects and some long-term problems, and as Viagra also can have this problem for some, combining them is a really bad idea if you have no medical need for it. I have never heard that Wellbutrin has this effect absent the side effects of other antidepressants causing it. So if it were me, I'd find another doctor. Peace.
46 year old male with lifetime of sexual activity....over last year have become involved with younger woman with huge sex drive.
