Does anyone have any info re to viagra use in pediatrics. I have a pt trying it for pulmo/cardio disease. He is 9 with DiGeorge Syndrome. Have tried dilating pulmo arteries with minimal improvement.
Hoping someone knows a little about this and maybe shed some light. I am a medic in the military and EMT and I have never heard unequal pupils being normal. But again, there are no other symptoms that I have noticed and I am not a doctor of pediatrics.
He is 4 years old and the dent has not gone away. It’s noticeable at the right angle and in the sunlight. His pediatrician says nothing about it. He’s a healthy boy with no issues medically. Just concerned the dent won’t ever go away and what should I do?

Please try Viagra if you are a woman who has MS. The study for efficacy of Viagra in women which is currently in progress is a study for sexual enhancement for women. So it has nothing to do with MS. Viagra increases blood flow and it helps a lot. It will drop your blood pressure and you don't want it to drop to a dangerous level, so you need to monitor it. Start with the minimum effective dose which is 25mg and see if it does something for you.

Viagra will prolong your erection but I’ll suggest you to consult your physician before starting on Viagra and rule out certain important diseases like hypertension, coronary artery disease before starting on Viagra. Recently I used some viagra two hours before an encounter with my date. I started drinking after the taking the Viagra. The viagra did not work....I took another one and waited awhile and it still didn't work...I took one more and waited a while with no results.... I have used alcohol with viagra before and I performed well. Can someone tell what the issue might be...Its puzzling because I don't know why it didn't work. Are there are any potential contra indications in that Viagra should not be taken by a person who takes L-Arginine? If so, is the contraindication just for that day? In other words, would I be safe if I did not take L-Arginine on the day I took Viagra? Or, do I have to stop taking L-Arginine completely if I am going to occasionally take Viagra (i.e. take Viagra once a week)? Thank you for your response.
I couldnt hold an erection for a while without Viagra but only recently got to test the viagra out with a woman, i could hold the erection for an hour or so but could not ejaculate. Admitedly i was drunk at the time but this has been a problem for me ever since i lost my virginity at 16.
I can ejaculate/orgasm when masterbating and hold erections then without viagra but cannot during intercourse.
Id say i am fairly fit and work out 3-4 times a week.
